I’ve always had a great experience with Charlie on the phone or in the restaurant ordering my food and today I called to complain about my food that was cold and didn’t taste fresh last time and whomever was on the phone was not trying to understand me as a customer,I at least eat there 3 times a week, their food is delicious and all but the customer service was horrible I will not go back.

Went here for the first time today and it is a great place for rotisserie chicken, tacos, and Saltado! I haven’t tried their gyros, but I can’t wait to come back. I love that there are so many options! As plus - the customer service was stellar, Charlie who served us was very personable.
