Good taste but really bad customer service. The first time I ordered the food was good but the waiting time was too long. This time I placed my order over the phone they said will be ready in 10 min and they gave me my total. I arrived and they said my order wasn't ready because they ran out of whole chickens. Told them how that was possible after he gave me my total and said 10 min. Customer in front of me his order was incomplete because the guy who took his order (same that took my order) wasn't sure about his order when they put it over the phone. You don't hang up the phone before confirming the order with the customer. He don't even apologize to me, or offer any compensation after I told him I drove from far away just to pick up the order I placed.Good flavor but very bad customer service. I came here for the first time last week and since then, my husband and I came back for dinner and I have DoorDashed it twice. It’s my new favorite spot! The food is delicious and oh my god THE SAUCES! So so yummy. The staff is super nice as well…a must try if you haven’t tried them already.

I ordered off of Uber eats and first time around order was a bit messed up, the potatoes had spilled and soda was forgotten, when I called to let them know the girl politely asked me for my address and within 15 minutes they had a fresh large size portion of potatoes at my step. I got the 1/4 rotisserie chicken platter with the red skin potatoes and cilantro rice, it was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The chicken was nice and moist with perfectly crispy skin, the cilantro rice was seasoned to perfection, & last but definitely not least the potatoes were amazing, crispy and cooked to perfection as well. Oh and the saucessss!! ( get the cream white one and green one) I am never one to write reviews but I am honestly excited about how good the food is and beyond pleased that they went out of the way to correct the mistake. I wish I had taken pictures but it was just to good to stop lol they will forever have my service !! DEFINITELY RECCOMEND!!

I had lunch from El Pollo Asado today and it was very good. This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back. There were a lot of options, the food was fresh and very flavorful. The food came out super quick and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the carne asada plate with Mexican rice and steamed broccoli. I loved the mild sauce. I wish I had more. I would put it on everything. I wish I would've thought to order my steak medium well. Overall, great experience and I will be trying rotisserie chicken next!
