This is now one of my go-tos in Salisbury. Great food and great service, and veg/vegan options to boot! (try the brussel sprouts I am serious!)

Bartenders should keep dirty laundry to themselves. I don’t want to know the battles within. And when I sit at a restaurant usually I get a menu. Not at Evo- you have to ask for it. And bring Imodium for the after effects.

Went for the yearly Oyster Fest. Wonderful, plenty of fresh shucked oysters. Other ways, food, beer.

At one time this was my favorite place to eat. The service and food used to be great. The past few times I've been there everything was sub-par. A friend suggested EVO for dinner tonight I VERY hesitantly agreed. Thought I'd give them another chance. There were 4 in our party and they weren't particularly busy. After waiting about an hour for our meals they completely forgot one of the orders and brought the wrong cup of soup out for that same individual. We asked that the fogotten meal just be put in a Carryout contaner. Our waitress sent a different server to take care of us after this. It's sad, this was once a really good place.

We got carry carry out this past Saturday and when I got home one of the appetizers was missing (pretzel appetizer) I called and they apologized and offered to take it off the bill but we wanted it so I drove back over and picked them up. I scarfed down the wings I got before I went so my dinner was hot to eat. On my way home my wife called and said the other appetizer (Brussels sprouts) were too hard to eat. I called again and they said they would take it off the bill, which they did do. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with carry out there. It is clear that carry out isn’t a priority since there is no designated place to go for carry out pickup. You have to go to the bar and on a busy night it’s tough to get the bartenders attention so you wait while your food gets cold if it’s even ready. I prefer to not do carry out at EVO for that reason but that is what everyone else wanted.

went for 1st time. so much to choose from both food and drinks. our waitress Rachael was amazing. we asked for recommendations and she was right on point with recommendations. atmosphere is a great blend of bar vibe and relaxing.

Sure, food is good, but you dropped the ball! While my mom and I looked at the menu online, it would have been really nice if somewhere it mentioned "not taking walk ins" on mothers day!! I usually like it here, but today you all failed! I mean, I get it. Mothers day... Got up, got dressed nice and practically came from Pocomoke just to be turned away. Wow Evo... You get some negative stars today!!!it's

I'm glad we gave this place a try. The reviews are so mixed that I figured we'd have to make up our own minds. First of all I have to say we had good service. We didn't have to wait long at all for someone to take our order or for refills. We had the Brussell Sprout appetizer and it was very good! They had the perfect amount of sauce and were not overly crispy or greasy. 3 of our group ordered the French Onion soup and all enjoyed it very much. I had the chili of the day which was Pineapple Jalapeño Meatball chili. I wouldn't really consider it a chili but it was good. It reminded me of baked beans with meat that people bring to cookouts. The grilled cheese sandwich with spinach and red peppers was delicious!

The worst crabcake I've ever had. The bun was over buttered, and burned making the crabcake impossible to taste. After removing it from the bun the crabcake itself was wasn't seasoned at all.

Good food & beers

Slow service. Carne asada tacos had pizza sauce on them which tasted horrible and it was over cooked. Was charged private party gratuity for group of 5 walking in and sitting in the bar area. Beer was great
