Fratelli's Italian Restaurant

Ate for the first time at fratelli and the food was amazing. Coming from new york, new jersey we are very picky about our italian food.And I have to tell you this totally compares And in some cases exceeds what we're used to. In addition to that, our server alyssa was fabulous. We will definitely request her again. Totally intuitive and made perfect recommendations. We will be back !!

Had a very nice meal here with my wife and daughter. Enjoyed the food and staff. It was a fair bit louder than we expected but that didn’t really take much away from the experience. Will definitely be returning!

The food is here is amazing, great vibes and great staff. I came here for my birthday dinner. Also, this was a recommendation from my roommate. I’m so thankful she recommended it.

I had the Jumbo Lump platter crab cakes 🦀 fried with two sides. DELICIOUS! I haven't had a crab cake like that in 5+ years. Wish I lived closer! Thanks to Jerry S for the tip! ❤️ you man.

Although server was nice and friendly, she let us run out of beverages repeatedly. Food was good. Pasta fabulous, but lasagna on two plates inedible, with over cooked bottom layer. Desserts were the best part. Atmosphere as expected.

Ordered takeout and got the cheesesteak and fettuccini Alfredo. The cheesesteak might have been the worst cheesesteak I ever had. Bun was burnt, meat was dry and cheesesteak lacked flavor although I added onions and peppers. The fettuccine was also flavorless unfortunately.

I have had dinner at Fratelli's on multiple occasions and today's meal was very Disappointing the worst spaghetti i have ever had. I have noticed the coast to eat a Fratelli's is constantly increase. I am done with that Restaurant. No i did not eat the spaghetti. I sent it back after one bite.

Staff pay attention to details. Very friendly. Nice atmosphere and good food as well.

I used to go to the original location of Fratelli's many years ago, closer to Fruitland, when my parents first moved to Salisbury back in 1998, and we continued going to the "new" location once you moved, right until my parents moved back to NY when they became elderly. My parents are gone a few years now, but I visited twice by myself recently, and the food and memories are still as good as ever. The salad, breadsticks, and some of the entrees remain the same even after 25+ years- and that is a good thing! One of my old favorites is the crab cakes topped with provolone cheese. I also tried a special of salmon topped with a crabcake in a lemon butter sauce and I hope you add that to the menu on a regular basis- it was delectable! The memories here are a huge part of the experience for me, personally, and I was delighted that even the music remains the same- the old Italian songs... Please don't ever change TOO much! The quality and cost was as good as ever, and the service was wonderful. The portions are HUGE- I brought back a good amount of salad, several breadsticks, and most of my entree to enjoy over the next few days at my hotel in Ocean City. (Yes, Fratelli's is worth the drive, even from OC!) I only took off one star for "atmosphere" because of my personal nostalgic feel for the cozier old location, with the iconic round windows, warm fireplace and the pasta making machine my boys liked looking at when they were little.

I had the penne with vodka sauce which was rich in flavors and wonderful and my mom had spaghetti with sausage. My mom said the noodles were homemade and wonderful. I also took home a piece of Smith island oreo cookies and cream cake....wow was that ever delicious! We also had great service and the atmosphere there is great! Quiet and relaxing.
