Fuji Ramen House

Come here for the ramen! It's very traditional and tastes great. I get one of the chicken varieties. You get a lot for the price.
I wouldn't get too much else on the menu, though: the fried rice was not bad, but not great, and was a letdown compared to the ramen.
Of course, if you came here, it's for the ramen! (Or the sushi: don't know how good it is yet!)

This is the second time we have come here. The first time it was the same waitress and she got an attitude when my husband and I shared our meal together. We went the second time this week, we ordered together and got a couple things to try. They short us on the shrimp appetizers. We asked three times for sauce and she finally brought us some after we had almost finished our food. The service and her attitude was horrible but then we paid and she started complaining to us that we didn’t tip her enough. We have never gone to a place where someone has the audacity to ask for more money towards a tip after she did a horrible job. She chased us out of the car after she heard us saying something about it to one another, she then proceeded to try to say she doesn’t make enough money and that we are crazy for thinking it’s rude for her to ask for more tip money. We won’t be coming back, we loved eating the ramen but after this second time, we will take our service elsewhere. She needs to be trained to be more professional instead being super rude.

Went for lunch with a group of 8 on a return trip from Ocean City, and had an absolutely delightful time! Half the group arrived about five minutes before the second half, and our waitress (Dee) was very accommodating, giving up the opportunity to get seated and start looking at the menu while we waited for the rest of our group. The ambience is very pleasant, with a combination of art pieces and anime figurines tastefully placed throughout - the lighting is also very relaxing, and was a nice escape from the midday sun

The food itself was very good, and the garlic tonkotsu was a certified fan favorite (half the table got the same dish, and there wasn’t any food left in the bowls by the time we left)

Dee was also very attentive without being overbearing, checking on us throughout the meal and making sure everything was to our liking

Overall a very nice experience, and definitely worth checking out if you find yourself in the area and have a hankering for some tasty ramen dishes 😋

My friends and I stopped by here for lunch on the way back to the DMV. Our waitress Dee was very efficient and got our food out in a timely manner. I enjoyed the appetizers (in particular the seawood salad and the takoyaki) as well as the vegetable ramen. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely love it here, inside is a unique atmosphere - the classic chicken is my new comfort food, and favorite ramen in Salisbury 🍜 The staff are super nice and frequently check in on us 💕 I feel they recognize their frequent customers and greet them warmly!

Seriously, this place was awesome! My girls and I wanted to try something new for lunch and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I think our waitress’ name was Dee and she quite possibly was the sweetest person ever. She was so hospitable and helped explain to me some of the things that were on the menu. She recommended the Pork Buns and THEY. WERE. SO. GOOD. 🤤🤤

This is a terrible place to go the waitress was super rude and ignorant and racist. Me and my cousins were dining took forever to sit us and then asked us what we wanted me and my cousins speak Spanish and I was translating something from the menu to them and she said that she understood something and then said that she won’t serve us and left. When I asked if anything was wrong she said I understood that you were talking about me and mind you never was I was just translating and got pissed off and we left. If ur bilingual don’t go cause the servers are gonna think you are talking bad about her. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE FIRE HER AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
