Hardee’s employees at this location are great. Everyone is nice and the service is very good. The food is also very good. The problem is the management above the local level. The HVAC system has been broken for many months and needs to be replaced. They did bring in a portable system, although loud, kept the space comfortable. Recently the system was removed and is 52 degrees in the restaurant. It’s like the Hardee’s management does not want customers. Very disappointing
