We just opened our ice cream shop a few days ago (and we serve Hershey’s Ice Cream, of course!) and have received so many positive comments and reviews - both in-store and online - about the the taste, quality and variety. Very happy with this product! Only complaint is we’re going through it too fast 🤣

Love the flavor diversity and the giant cookies!! He offered to warm them up- GRAND IDEA 💡👏🏾 My favorite sweet stop in the mall.
When someone is at the counter working, it's not half bad. But the amount of times there is no one working at this location is so disappointing. Not to mention when I do get service, it's amateur at best. Staff rarely makes a beverage for me without asking more than once for clarification. It's very frustrating, as this is one of only a few locations that actually provide coffee.
Absolutely love this ice-cream spot! Worker is cool to talk to both before, during, and after the sale! Makes the best mixes of milkshakes that I've had so far, they haven't disappointed me once! Favorite is Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle mixed with Salted Caramel!

Hershey Ice cream is delirious. It has that home made taste to it only better . can be found in most markets and a great many restaurants too!. So don't be shy ask for Hershey's !

Got two gatorades and a coffee yesterday. Employee rang it up, said it was $9 and change?
Why is my card charged $13.20?
Just out of curiosity I went back and checked the last times I’ve stopped here for coffee (I come maybe once a month when the kids and I are at the mall) and my card was charged $21.08?! I got a coffee and ONE Gatorade that day.
