My family and I host a prayer breakfast every year to honor my late cousin who passed away from colon cancer. We used the venue next door to Holy Macaroni in Salisbury Maryland. We have used the same venue the last two years. This year the Holy Macaroni was next door for the first time. The manager was very rude and disrespectful to our program. On more than one occasion during the prayer breakfast, the manager on duty at Holy Macaroni violently banged on the wall. When we went to check on him he stated that pots had fallen, which did not appear to be the truth. He then complained that he nor his employees had parking due to our event and asked how much longer we were going to be. At this point I explained it was a prayer breakfast and why we held the annual prayer breakfast. After this he walked away from me and said thank you buddy. This gentleman was highly unprofessional and was everything but holy. I pray this business finds a better manager to represent their brand. I hope the food is better than their professionalism.

I’m a local and I’ve eaten here a few times. Staff are always friendly and fast. I’m allergic to wheat, and they’re always very careful with cross-contamination and keeping their gluten-free pasta separate. Hope this place sticks around for a long while! If you’re nearby, definitely get some food here.

We had the Tried & True and The Fowl Play in the small and regular sizes respectively. I considered the portions generous and worth the price paid. We really enjoyed the flavors. The blue cheese & buffalo in The Fowl Play was excellent. I loved the pulled pork, bbq sauce and crispy onions in the Tried & True. The noodles were cooked to our liking and had the perfect amount of cheese. The employees were polite and the food was made immediately.When I read reviews for local businesses on the Shore I tend to write off the 1 star reviews that have less than 5 businesses reviewed. People are petty here and someone needs to pray for them. Bless their hearts. LolHoly Macaroni is a welcome addition to Salisbury and I hope they succeed.

Unique concept for Salisbury. The Mac and cheese choices were fun and they make their own noodles in house. I got the MD Mac in small. It can def be shared between two people. The staff was friendly but the store was FREEZING and we couldn't stay for long.Vegetarian options: They have vegan cheese

I've been wanting to come since they opened and just now made it. Very neat and clean place! Cool artwork on the walls and nice, friendly staff. Priced well considering portion size. The food was really, really good. We will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu!

We went tonight..I got the flight (4 different ones of my choice) Hubby got chic, bacon and cheese sauce) Neither was impressed...Employee working tonight was not friendly at all, felt like we were a bother to her...very unfriendly...( we were the only ones there..$40 later) We will not be returning! Good Luck! I give it 6 months ~ year

Trash macaroni it tasted like pizza I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I never remember to take a picture before I eat... whoops. Delicious Mac and cheese and you can see them popping out the noodles fresh behind the assembly line. Employees were friendly, everything was clean, and more importantly, the Mac and cheese was delightful. The hot sauce actually had some heat to it, the bread was crispy, the chicken was tender. They even give little to go lids! Perfect casual date night. Only thing that could make this better would be beer ?

Got md mac which when first bite realized the crabmeat was Bad could not get the white cheddar because it had peppers in it so they put yellow cheddar which was a mistake then my wife had the main event bacon was good lobster was like eating crawfish neither was hot only the trays then 3.50 for a med soda totally out priced if this place last 6 months it will be a miracle we definitely won't be returning and when the college students get a taste of what they have to offer I don't think they will either sorry nothing against anybody there just sharing.my experience not good E---
