Don’t come here after dinner time, unless you love the college party vibe

Kind of a funky place with a beach atmosphere. The inside has palm tree and a tiki bar. There are 3 different restaurants and a bar. My wife and I had food from FM burgers. I had a brisket sandwich and my wife had a burger. I asked about the sauce for the brisket and the cashier said honey mustard. I was pretty excited because I love Carolina style bbq. The sauce was a sweet red bbq sauce, it was fine but definitely not what I was expecting. The brisket was great! I got tater tots and they were fried perfectly. My wife’s burger was good but nothing extraordinary. I can imagine this place would be wild on a weekend night!
Parking: We walked from the stadium but seemed to be a lot of parking.

Been coming here for about 2.3 years. Absolutely love it. Just be mindful it's right next to a college, so if you come here on a weekend it's a bit packed with college kids.

The drinks are far too expensive for the quality. How does 2 watered down long islands and 2 shots cost 60?

Jo Mama's pizza is great. The crust is crunchy and sauce is distributed evenly with great toppings! The guys there know what they're doing. Top notch ?

If I could leave no stars I would. My daughter was in there drinking a few nights ago and from why I understand was quite clearly too drunk to be served let alone leave the bar with her keys! I was a bar manager/tender for many years and cutting someone off is a VERY important and responsible part of being behind the bar. I also had a taxi service on call for those who needed it and there were MANY times that I called for the taxi and kept the keys as well as their car in my lot until the next day. Safety for the patron as well others is so important!
My daughter was served when she shouldn't have been and then aloud to leave with complete strangers driving her vehicle! She was then dropped off at an apartment complex and left there. She had lost her phone... left at the bar... so she had no way to call anyone! But they left her with her keys and let me just say that she did NOT make it home safely!
I have no respect for a bar/restaurant who has no respect for their patrons! Shame on you!

Food is average to decent. The bar is fairly well stocked and the bartender was knowledgeable about the products in stock. I love the atmosphere of a courtyard with various restaurants. It is a nice place to congregate and meet up with friends.
Hoppers is right next to Salisbury University. There will be college kids and sports fans there often. Know this, plan for it, understand that these “kids” and the university are part of the reason why establishments like Hoppers can exist in Salisbury. It’s really no big deal, and avoiding the crowds is absolutely doable. Have fun!
