I’m pregnant and woke up at 5:45 am this morning CRAVING dumplings. Haven’t found a Chinese take out place that I like yet. I grew up with my parents getting Chinese takeout 1-2 times a month and dumplings were a staple but I can’t find them the way I had them with my parents to save my life. So this morning, I tried this place out. ITS SO GOOD! And the pregnancy cravings sometimes let you down, like you amp up the food in your head and then you eat it and it’s just ok. This was not one of those times. It is SO GOOD and will be a staple place for me to go to during my pregnancy and after!!!

The chicken wings and shrimp fried rice combo is prepared with fried rice and eggs. They add large chopped onions and shrimp on top which may explain the lack of flavor. Why isn’t it fried up together? Also, the meat in the wonton soup looks like moose knuckles.

OUTSTANDING FOOD!!! After 25 years, our meals were the best we've EVER had from Hunan Delight College Ave. They have been our exclusive Oriental restaurant and we have tried others. I got Beef, Chicken and Shrimp in Garlic Sauce and my hubby got his favorite General Tso's Chicken. Both were absolutely the best oriental meals we have ever had ANY WHERE!! Seriously DELICIOUS! Everything was perfectly cooked. I only wish I would have taken photos but you still would have to taste it to see how wonderful it was. Our compliments to the chefs and thank you Hunan Delight College Ave for over 25 years of great meals!

Placed my order and paid. Right after about 15 construction workers came in and he made their food first and claimed they called ahead which had zero to do with why he told me 15 min. So I come in after 15 min and all their food was being handed out and he then began cooking my order. And if that wasn't already bad service he made the order with beef and I ask for shrimp. This place use to be a good Chinese restaurant and now it's a dump. I should've went to the Mexican restaurant next door.

When I want something quick and I don't want to cook anything this is my go-to, I'm going to be honest besides this Chinese place, I also recommend the dragon and Asian taste. Hunan Delight is also the goat when it comes to good food.

there’s no dine-in only takeout but this is the best hunan delight around no doubt! their shrimp egg rolls are huge & stuffed full so i highly recommend, cheap & employees are very nice! ?

Excellent flavor, high quality ingredients, the pork fried rice had big meaty chunks of tender pork and the garlic beef was succulent . The fried rice is authentic - NOT the bland yellow fried rice served at other places in town. Can't wait to try more dishes here!
