Went in today to pick up an online order and overheard the manager encouraging the staff and talking about how well they did cleaning before service started. The place was pretty spotless which is very important to me when buying food. Keep up the good work!

I love this Jersey Mike’s the employees know who all the regulars are and know everyone by name and want we want when we come in. I love their tuna salad. Definitely my go to place.

Needed to place an order for a meeting and Shanae (spelling?) helped me out tremendously! She was so sweet, patient, helpful and professional. Had my order done on time and to perfection! She provided a great customer experience, going over and beyond! Thank you Shanae to you and your team!

I came there Friday August 8 at 7:13 PM and when I came in the place looked very filthy it was a sandwich on the counter it was lettuce all over the counter the sandwich I was on the counter didn’t have no paper underneath the sandwich all over it and the floor was very dirty it was trash all over the floor in the back counter and the employees did not clean it up they didn’t notice that they kept walking over it Very was dirty and nasty and to come at bad establisment not a good look they need to do better with cleaning the place up. And on top of it i order a Philly cheesesteak i ask for Extra American cheese bacon and it was only just steak. I called to Complaint and they showed no remorse at all. Plus they didn’t offer me a full refund they said they will only refund for the bacon and extra cheese not acceptable.

Great subs
This was my daughter's lunch choice for her birthday, which was no problem for me! When using the app to place the order, I wrote Happy Birthday in the 'who's this for' box. Simply just hoping they would write it on the sandwich wrapper. They wrote it on the outside bag, and once we got home, discovered they included a chocolate chip cookie. Lit her face up! So thoughtful! Never had anything but great food and great service from this location!

This is a terrible store. But if you must order from here, don't do it online. Your order will just sit there while the employee's pass by it to make other orders. Worst sandwich I've ever seen came out of this place. The tunafish was watery. So gross. I mean, if you can't make tunafish, that says all you need to know.
I generally don’t eat sandwiches. But when I have a craving for one, I get Jersey Mike’s. Esp done Mike’s way.

I have always liked going to Jersey Mike's, however I have come to learn over the last several experiences that if you want your sub made correctly you CAN NOT order on the app, 100% of the time they will short you on the amount and types of meat they put on your sub. The #13 gets 5 types of meat, every time at more than four locations when ordered on the app it always has only pepperoni and ham, THATS IT, very friendly people working great service HOWEVER if you're not their to watch them make it, your getting cheated, The convenience of ordering on the app is not worth it anymore...I understand everyone is different with their experiences but this has always been the case for the last couple years, enough is enough, stop cheating people to save a buck. Flavor is good and they follow special instructions well, they just cheat you on the meats.
