Jersey Mike's Subs

I generally don’t eat sandwiches. But when I have a craving for one, I get Jersey Mike’s. Esp done Mike’s way.

I have always liked going to Jersey Mike's, however I have come to learn over the last several experiences that if you want your sub made correctly you CAN NOT order on the app, 100% of the time they will short you on the amount and types of meat they put on your sub. The #13 gets 5 types of meat, every time at more than four locations when ordered on the app it always has only pepperoni and ham, THATS IT, very friendly people working great service HOWEVER if you're not their to watch them make it, your getting cheated, The convenience of ordering on the app is not worth it anymore...I understand everyone is different with their experiences but this has always been the case for the last couple years, enough is enough, stop cheating people to save a buck. Flavor is good and they follow special instructions well, they just cheat you on the meats.

Placed order stated we have food allergies. When we got home and went to eat out it was loaded with peppers. Had to go back and get new sandwich got it home and it had peppers in it. They don’t care not worth the problems of having to keep going and getting it made

This jersey mikes needs to do better. The attitude by the employees is wild, can't even place an order without them rushing you or cutting you off when your talking to they kiss half of what you ordered. Your try to correct the issue and get ignored. Girl up front seemed like she was completely lost, she deff didnt help with the food. When she went to wrap my sub she cut it in half and left half sitting right on the counter no paper or nothing under it. I've gave them 2 tries at thus North end store and I'm done. Only going to the south end from now on the whole experience there is way better. The amount of money spent on these subs they should really give a damn about peoples orders and fix their attitude. Management should be reaching out and doing something for customers when they waste 50/60 bucks on food at this business. Very unhappy , husband said it was great food, but he usually goes to the south end..We were deff not impressed. Also no type of order at all, no line just being being allowed to cut in front of other people who had been waiting. And of course no employee nowhere to do anything.

First of all can I say that I notice they skimp on everything they put on the sub including the meat I have to call down to South Salisbury to find out how it should be done because I'm trying to figure out why I can still see bread when they make my sub! Second I just went there this past Saturday night to be told that they do not even have bread to make the sub!!!! You are a sub shop and you don't even have bread to make a sub this is unacceptable. I could understand if I didn't have problems every single time I come there, now I have to drive all the way to the South Salisbury end! I love Jersey Mike's I'm a Jersey girl and I was so happy they came to the North Salisbury end however I do not think they'll stay there long. I hope they make changes for the better we want them to stay.

Yesterday I ordered two subs and they were labelled incorrectly. I dropped one sub off to my sister and went home to eat mine. I did not get to eat my sub because I did not like the toppings on my sister's sub.
