Have driven by this place all the time and finally decided to stop, glad I did! As a self proclaimed cream chip beef connoisseur, theirs should definitely not be overlooked! The French toast was amazing and their donuts are to die for.

Such a good little hidden gem. I’m in Salisbury on business at least once a week and I always stop here for breakfast. Just a good old fashioned coffee shop with friendly staff and great food. It’s pretty small so if you go on a Saturday or Sunday morning you might have a little wait but it’s worth

Such an incredible place. Update March 2024. I continue to love visiting this place. The staff is always courteous, nice and willing to accommodate. We love that they have gluten free buns for the sandwiches that provide a much needed option for the area. We also noticed how the staff takes into account hygiene and cleanliness. I have personally witnessed all staff washing their hands and taking hygiene as a very important part of the experience for all patrons. I have also noticed all staff go out of their way to make the experience excellent. Unfortunately most of the time reviews that are negative and few and far between, have underlying motivation that results in unfortunate feedback. Believe the hype here, this place is the best breakfast location in town.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options and know how to accommodate for Celiac folks.

Kellyn’s Kafe has the best homemade breakfast in town! Very reasonably priced, great customer service, friendly family atmosphere. Delicious sweet treats. Vegan and gluten-free options available. I’m a foodie and I love breakfast food so I make it my business to visit this restaurant every other week. Two of my favorite menu items are the French toast and the home fries. Yummy!

Tried this place for breakfast the food was ok but the problem is the cleanliness. I watched a girl sweep the floor and without washing her hands continued to touch people's drinks and bread with her bare hands. I watched the guy making the donuts go in the bathrooms with his apron on and came back out and continued to make donuts as he is wiping his hands on the same apron. Absolutely gross. I spoke with kellyn to address my concerns she was clearly annoyed like I said something wrong she clearly did not care about my concerns. Kellyn talked to the guy doing the donuts and expressed my concerns and he told her we can just leave. Then she continued to talk to her employees smiling the whole time and then they all started starring at our table smiling. This place is a joke management is terrible and very unconcerned about cleanliness. Maybe the health department can come in and show them a few things on what to do and what not to do when serving people food. You should never go into a bathroom with an apron on and come out with the same apron and return to your work station. You should never touch a broom and dust pan and without washing your hands and start fixing people's food with your bare hands. That's just nasty.
