Waited ten minutes past open for them to unlock door. Restaurant was covered in crumbs and leftover food from who knows when. Limited drinks; when substituting Diet Pepsi for unsweetened tea the tea tasted horrible and had slime in it from old tea. When told they might need to change their tea they rudely asked ‘why?’. After showing them the tea they took the cup and didn’t say anything, didn’t change the tea and didn’t offer an alternative drink. Food was covered in more grease than one could expect from fried food. Soaked through two napkins and the box. Will not ever be coming back.

This was the worse KFC/Taco bell that I have been to went there tonight to grab my son some food and omg terrible once I ordered my food sat down and all u could smell was pee and then they had like 8 or 9 workers with only 3 doing they job soda machine wasn't working messing people meals up and let's not talk about the Taco bell side people waiting 20 to 25 mins for thier food every body talking and not doing their jobs the place is filthy and I mean filthy

Used kiosk to order, when finished, it said it was out of service (no note posted). Ordered Pintos and Cheese, clerk added pintos to Crunchwrap instead of giving us separate cup of Pintos and Cheese. Cinnamon twists were rancid, took them back and they replaced with cinnamon delights. First (and last) time we plan to eat at this location. We have been residents here for 1.5 years.

Service was ok , took a while to order. Wasn't really what I would call polite because she didnt say anything other the the total. The tables were all dirty from people eating and nobody cleaning them. But the worse was the chicken, my husband ordered a 2 peice meal, the chicken was overcooked and obviously just logged with grease. Skin was wet and falling apart. Deff a waste of money. Took a pic of the chicken but im kot sure how to post it. Management needs to address this issue. The food is better at night when its busier then it is during the day. Thats crazy to me

Stopped in today for lunch and it was the BEST KFC ever!! Everything was so very fresh and delicious!! The staff were all so very friendly and quick to serve our food !! 10 Stars best KFC ever ,,,

For the most part this KFC was very good, fast service in spite of the fact that it's a busy location, decent atmosphere albeit somewhat dirty especially the restrooms, and the chicken was good but the last piece tasted strange. Would I recommend eating here...I'd say maybe?

KFC is one of my go to places while I’m out on the road. At 10:34. On 5/5/25. Doors are locked up tighter than a state penitentiary. Employees out side. Eating asked employee if something is going on or if they are closed. I told them The doors are locked. Smart ass said we are closed. Change your hours change your employees. Straight trash. I’ll go any where else. Disgraceful to this chain
