This is what happens when you close the lobby and management focuses on only distribution forcing people to go through a drive through where staff doesn’t even pay attention or care and customers can’t see what’s actually available, I hope this location never reopens and if it does opens under a manager that actually cares

With little advance public notice, this Salisbury location closed today. Since Covid they have done little to stay open by closing the store lobby and locking the doors and creating long waits in the drive through. My family and so many others like us in the area are now left with gift cards that can't be used since there are no other Krispy Kremes in the area. What a terrible cowardly business trick to play on this community. Shame on you!

We order 6 donuts. At first, the lady taking our ordering wasnt paying attention at all and needed us to repeat the order and then told us they were out of certain selections. We got there around 6 pm and they were out of so many flavors. Not only that, they only gave us 2 correct donuts out of the 6 we ordered. It's frustrating we spent 12 dollars on donuts and were only able to eat 2 because they ones that were wrong tasted terrible. The chocolate icing was a weird color and did not taste how it used to. Its disappointing seeing this location fall off as it was a staple of my childhood whenever we were in sailsbury :(

Very disappointed in this location now. Used to be my go to after a day trip to ocean city, but they have closed the inside off to the public permanently now. It’s drive through only. My last visit at about 7pm on a Saturday evening, they were completely out of glazed and chocolate iced and would not have anymore for the evening. Sad to say, I won’t be going out of my way to visit this location anymore.

Visited there on 03/14 around 6pm . Was told by a worker outside that they were drive thru only then he said they are closed all together… what is going on here

Ordered an online delivery order and pain extra for the pop tarts themed donuts. 2 of the pop tart themed donuts weren’t in the box and replaced with originals, and 2 cinnamon rolls that I ordered were replaced with blueberry glazed. Called the store and had to wait on the phone 10+ minutes.
Stopped by on my way back to delaware for the first time. I will never stop here again. I paid 15.00 for some leftover dough. They had not risen and tasted terrible. I have worked at krispy kremes in north carolina , and ever have i had anything like these. You need people who can make them instead of putting people in there making low quality product. This is the worse . You will never ever get any more money from me again.

Great donuts, but it was hard to tell if it was open since all the shades were pulled down and a tiny sign saying " drive-thru only." Then the board we ordered from the car was not lit up and very hard to read since it was already getting dark outside. Still got two dozen, though! :)

It seems this location can never give you what you ask for. Paid $20 for this special collection and I find out they replaced one with a cheaper donut. Never said anything to me, just handed me the dozen. I called to tell them this and their fix is for me to drive back and pick up the correct ones. It should have been correct the first time and if you’re out, say something or give me a partial refund for the cheaper donut provided.
