Very disappointed in this location now. Used to be my go to after a day trip to ocean city, but they have closed the inside off to the public permanently now. It’s drive through only. My last visit at about 7pm on a Saturday evening, they were completely out of glazed and chocolate iced and would not have anymore for the evening. Sad to say, I won’t be going out of my way to visit this location anymore.

Ordered an online delivery order and pain extra for the pop tarts themed donuts. 2 of the pop tart themed donuts weren’t in the box and replaced with originals, and 2 cinnamon rolls that I ordered were replaced with blueberry glazed. Called the store and had to wait on the phone 10+ minutes.

Stopped by on my way back to delaware for the first time. I will never stop here again. I paid 15.00 for some leftover dough. They had not risen and tasted terrible. I have worked at krispy kremes in north carolina , and ever have i had anything like these. You need people who can make them instead of putting people in there making low quality product. This is the worse . You will never ever get any more money from me again.

Great donuts, but it was hard to tell if it was open since all the shades were pulled down and a tiny sign saying " drive-thru only." Then the board we ordered from the car was not lit up and very hard to read since it was already getting dark outside. Still got two dozen, though! :)

It seems this location can never give you what you ask for. Paid $20 for this special collection and I find out they replaced one with a cheaper donut. Never said anything to me, just handed me the dozen. I called to tell them this and their fix is for me to drive back and pick up the correct ones. It should have been correct the first time and if you’re out, say something or give me a partial refund for the cheaper donut provided.

Went in for fresh doughnuts this morning and got home to find that they were refrigerated! Ridiculous! Also fritters are on the billboard but they don't make them anymore.... Went yesterday afternoon and doughnuts were freshly cooked. Sorry lobby is permanently closed....
first time I buy here and they don't give me my complete change I tell the worker and I run the place very rude and bad character so she kept my change and she didn't care

We didn't get anything. The lobby is closed and the outside is very dirty. I looked in the window and it looked dirty. I tried the website you gave me to give you more information but it doesn't work either. Not going back to this location, no other location near me and won't buy from the stores they deliver to given how dirty the place looked.

First of all, I don’t know what’s up with the staff at this location, but they always have attitude problems. Today’s specifically, Angelica was the one with the attitude problem… I literally ask these ladies every single day can I have fresh donuts, because sometimes, they are donuts are very hard. I don’t want to Spend six dollars on hard donuts. because I literally come every single day, I think they should know by now that I am not going to accept hard donuts for that price. Krispy Kreme has the best donuts ever in my opinion, but they have to, come with a bad attitude (when they are fresh), I have accepted that they will have attitude issues , but today specifically bothered me because, Angelica, Is supposed to be the shift supervisor… Imagine that, the supervisor being very nasty to you… Shameful. I’m going to have to take a step back because I pay almost 6 dollars a day for donuts, that doesn’t seem like a lot of money, but, it doesn’t matter about, They are in customer service and are expected to be polite. She was so nasty to me that I cannot even believe it… Most of the young ladies that work there typically have a bad attitude. Except Thai, and Yvette… They are nice. However, they really tighten up on customer service, I guess they don’t have to care because they know people like me are going to come and get donuts whether they are rude or not.

i came here a week ago and i had to wait in the parking lot for over 15 minutes and i dont know why they took so long when i was the only one in the drive thru so i left and never got my donuts.
