Order- 2 Pepperoni was Uncut and not hot/warm
Order- 1 Pretzel Pepperoni stuffed crust given regular stuffed crust (no pretzel) and the pizza was overcooked cheese burnt.

This Little Ceaser's does a fine job. Pizza is good, but you will probably have to break out the pizza cutter when you get home as they seem to struggle with that part, that's the only reason I dodged a 5 star on the food portion. I find it incredibly irritating to have to cut a pizza that I've paid to have cooked and cut. Might be minor to some, annoying to me. However, they are hardly the only pizza place that fails here. They've never screwed up an order, and we go often with large orders, so it seems they have their shit together. Get cracking on the pizza cutting part though, you guys got this.

Don't know if this location improved or little caesars in general improved. I hated their pizza my whole life and refused to eat it at parties or work events for years. Finally came around and tried it again and for the price it's pretty good. I've definitely had better but if I need cheap pizza I'll start coming here again.

Ordered DoorDash and the guy forgot half my order. So I called them and the manager was nice and I know it’s not their fault that the dasher sucks. So manager told me I can come back and get it sometime soon. Took about half hr for the pizzas to be remade. Only one of the 2 pizzas had stuffed crust and the breadsticks were raw. The rest of the food was ok.. already canceled my dash pass lol

I just want to applaud the 2 young ladies working there this evening. 2 people working a dinner rush for a place advertising always hot and ready pizza which provides mobile ordering options is crazy. Let it be known little c’s is also a place folks depend on for bulk orders due to its affordability. Was a pizza hot and ready when I walked in? No. But those ladies warmed my heart with their work ethic and compassion and patience they showed everyone especially the cranky ones who didn’t deserve it.

I ordered a pizza and the driver said he couldn't find my address and he didn't deliver the pizza to me and I was left without a pizza.

Was told 10 mins until bread sticks would be done and it turned out to be 15 mins and then wanted to give me cold bread sticks. So I took that shit right back in and got a refund

I made an online order on 08/10/24 and online they do not allow you to change the amount of sauce that goes on your deep dish. So I called immediately after placing the order online, about 3:30pm, to ask if they could fix my pizzas. They said they had my order and that it could be changed. I said ok and made my way there. It was a Saturday so it was busy and I went in and had no idea how to work the online pick up thing. The guy working the cash register helped me at the front. I get my pizzas and leave. When I get back home I open the boxes (maybe 20 minutes later so near 4pm) and see it was sloppy and the pizza was dripping in sauce. I called back and asked what can we do to remedy this bc I can’t come back today. The gentleman on the phone said he needed to ask a manager (I didn’t get any names and that’s on me) because I told them I couldn’t come back today if that’s what they required. A couple minutes later he said his manager said that it was ok and they took my name down. The guy assured me that I could come back in and pick it up another time. I called back in a few days later and the manager on the phone says he has no idea who I am bc no one wrote my name down, that I should have gotten a name from a manager, that the pizza HAD to be brought back in the same day, etc. I asked him how would I know this if I didn’t work there and his employee told me a lie to get me off the phone and did not follow protocol or inform me that if the pies weren’t returned THAT DAY then I would not get a remake? He said he wouldn’t know whom I spoke to and I gave him the exact time and day I was there (less than 3 employees were there) and a description of the person. The manager said I could be describing anybody (5ft six, blueish eyes, long hair). I said there was only a few employees in that day was he being serious? He said they deal with a lot of fraud and then put me on hold for five minutes “claiming” he called every manager, including the general manager WHO QUIT, to see if they remembered speaking to me. Seemed like he just put me on hold to make me think he was ringing up half of Salisbury, but okay. In the end he told me I should have gotten a name, to which I told him if his employees tell me they took my information and did not tell me what I needed to do to get a refund how would I know? Said so sorry he could keep talking to me on the phone but would not be able to help. Also said if a refund is needed in the future that I need to get the name of all employees I spoke to, plus bring the pizza back ASAP or I would not get a refund or a remake. Crappy service, the pizza was not made how I was assured it would be made, do not trust the employees to do the right thing EVER and this is from the manager himself.

I have never had a problem here and if I did it was handled in a timely manner. For the whole not wearing gloves while making a pizza , it’s not osha dumba$$, is it a construction site ? No i do believe it is a pizza shop. And go to Pizza Hut or dominos or pats or papa John’s and just like little Cesar’s their cooks AlSO DONT WEAR GLOVES while making a pizza. So ashamed of people trying to belittle the staff there when all they are doing is their jobs so like any customer who comes in they can pay their bills. I’d like to see the people who are complaining about the whole glove situation actually make their own pizza, bet ya they wouldn’t know where to start. So to be completely honest, if it isn’t a positive comment or a heads up for the staff cus your order was a little messed up, don’t complain or make a rating about it. Cus just like everyone else out here the employees are only trying to do their jobs so they can pay their bills.
