The best poke bowl!
I love manna :)
First time trying it out. We got the chicken bangbang and grilled chicken platter teriyaki.
We did not think the food was flavorful
The portion was great.
The fried chicken bbq was nothing special (putting bbq on fried chicken) and the teriyaki chicken was lacking flavor.
A bit disappointed since I had korean food in other places and it was a lot more flavorful.
We eat here at least 2x a month. The food is fresh, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The Hot Stone Bowl Bibimbap is awesome when it's cold out (you have to eat in for this) and the sushi cant be beat when its warm outside to cool you off. The boba is top notch (taro w/o boba for me though) and the 13 roll special is great to feed a party.
Also try Smoking Monster down the street, owned by the same folks. And Kaiju in Berlin.
The owners are amazing and have been taking care of my family for years.
Always great service and great food. Highly recommend it.
I love this place so much! They never disappoint. I’ve ordered the 13 roll sushi platter many times and it’s always a hit. As a Korean, it is hard to find authentic Korean food in Salisbury but every single Korean dish I have tried is also really good. I recommend their rolls, spicy bulgogi bowl, and tteokbokki.
Great selection of Korean foods. Quality & preparation was exceptional. My granddaughter & I were extremely impressed & will certainly be returning. So happy we found this place
Excellent sushi
Everything from staff, presentations and value is 10 out of 10!!!
I love the manna

This place is my favorite! The manna roll is a must try. You can't go wrong here with anything. Pork gyoza is excellent and my kids love the bubble/boba tea. I have yet to try the korean bowls but they look really good. The owners are really great people and Love what they do!
Manna Asian Cuisine has an appealing location and an impressive range of menu options, from Korean to Japanese dishes and beyond, making it a convenient spot for anyone craving diverse Asian flavors.
However, the quality of the dishes I find is inconsistent. While I haven’t sampled the entire menu, the simpler dishes I’ve tried reveal some areas for improvement. The beef often seems to come from lower-quality cuts, affecting its texture, and the chicken, while passable, lacks the freshness that could make it memorable. Even the rice sometimes tastes less than fresh, and the Japchae is too soft, giving the indication its overcooked which takes away from the overall experience.
A significant area for improvement is the sauces, which often lean too sweet. This isn’t a matter of culinary style but rather an adjustment that could be easily made to suit a more balanced flavor profile. Reducing the sweetness would allow the natural flavors of the dishes to shine through and enhance the authenticity of the cuisine.
Finally, it would be wonderful if the food were served at a hotter temperature consistently. Lukewarm dishes tend to diminish the enjoyment, as warmth brings out the best in flavor and texture, especially customary of asian cuisines.
In summary, Manna Asian Cuisine has the potential to be a great spot, given its location and range of options. With some tweaks to ingredient quality, sauce balance, and serving temperature, it could become a more satisfying destination for those seeking a quality Asian dining experience. Don't be fooled by the young and hungry clientelle as a measure of good cooking.

I had bad sushi delivered that arrived cold and soggy. The server offered to speak with her boss for a store credit, but stated that DoorDash couldn't do anything. I was told to contact DoorDash for a refund, but the customer service was unhelpful and couldn't solve the issue. When I went to the store, they said they couldn't do anything, including providing a refund or store credit. If a restaurant can't serve hot and crispy food, they shouldn't put that order on DoorDash because customers expect good food, not cold and soggy food. ?
