I booked a dinner here to celebrate getting engaged. The hostess was great, did her best to get us a romantic spot and got us water. Waited for 15 minutes, didn't see my waitress until I asked for help twice. After waiting a little longer without our drinks, we found a new place to celebrate. Unfortunate as this place looked perfect. Folks in town said it was uncharacteristic.

FOOD WAS GOOD SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT BUT WE CALLED AND ASKEDIF YOU HAD CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS O THURSDAY NITES WAS TOLD YES AND WE GOT RESERVATIONS FOR 4. WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE OUT AND WAS ACTUALLY A LUNCHTIME SPECIAL. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF YOU COULD HAVE TOLD US THIS WHEN WE MADE THE RESERVATION.

It was ok. My wife and I went on a Friday night and it was crowded (to be expected). Drinks were on point, and appetizers were great, but the main courses were just ok. For the price, we expected more from our main dishes.

I come once or twice a week and sit down and have lunch. This place never disappoints me. It’s a relaxing environment with great staff and the food is amazing. It’s also probably the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been in. From the bottom employee to the top they will make you feel welcome and treat you good. I’d recommend this place to anyone .

These People… I’ve been going to this place since I was in my 20’s. I’m now 50. I called in an order and went to pick it up. I then asked for some Parmesan cheese on the side. Then I was told it would be $2.00. SINCE WHEN? ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?! The order came to $50.00.I’ve sent HUNDREDS of people there for dinner. I used to work for one of the local hotels where we would give the guests coupons for this place. AND YOU WANNA CHARGE ME $2.00? If you’re going bankrupt just say that. I’m glad the staff at Cactus Taverna doesn’t act like this.

Nice enough for Salisbury. Me ue pretty diverse but not enough to offer decent vegetarian options. Ate at the bar this time and shared with friends. Steak nachos a good idea but hard to find the meat. Wings were ok. Cheese fries were not crispy even on the edges. Ok. But not my favorite. I only go here when my friends or coworkers choose it

We hosted a post funeral luncheon here and the food and ambiance was great. The events person was friendly and did everything in their power to rearrange our luncheon area to accommodate our party. Overall, a great experience and a good time. Highly recommended!
