I was shocked to learn that you aren’t allowed to order with a human anymore, and must use the kiosk. Elderly people who come in just have to turn around and go without. And immunocompromised patients must risk getting sick from everyone who uses the kiosks. Sad.

I paid for 2 breakfast sandwiches and I only got 1 and didn’t realize till I got home and they took long asl to give me my food 😐 and I tried to call the place to tell them I didn’t receive my full oder and nobody picked up

If could write zero stars I would I just had the worst experience ever. I was at the McDonald’s with my three children trying to get them vanilla sundaes and they said they were out of the vanilla sundae cup so I asked them if they could put it in a McFlurry cup cause that’s what the other McDonald’s is doing and they said no that they could not so here. I am now traveling 10 minutes away to the other McDonald’s just to make make sure that I can get the vanilla sundaes since this McDonald’s cannot accommodate

I Went inside the store this morning to water breakfast.I stood in LINE for about 15 minutes.It was about twenty eight minutes before Somebody came to the register and they said that I had to use the kiosks I told him I didn't know how to use the kiosks on my disability, I can't read this lady started making fun of me, calling me retarded, told me to go to a different place all kinds of stuff. I'm not even from here. I got it on video.

Amazing staff, fresh food and speedy. I really enjoyed the fresh fries and fresh burger.
They don't want to wait on you at the counter they want you to use the nasty kiosk no hand sanitizer or anything available once you use the kiosk... everybody else has used it and they do not sanitize it there were probably 15 people waiting to use the kiosk and the registers were very much available.
