Food is as expected from a fast food store. Customer service is great—friendly people working there.
Drive through experience today: First things said - "We are CASH ONLY today." Ok no problem, I have cash.
Had to ask the person taking the order to clarify and speak up 3 times. (training needed here). Then after totaling the order, I was charged .10 for a BAG. I know this is a county law for plastic, but McDonald's has always used paper. So why the charge? Charging just because you can ... aka gauging.
