Bought a hamburger happy meal and told them I didn’t want a drink. Charged me 30 cents extra for a drink I didn’t want. Was told they had to charge me for the drink because the meal came with a drink. Would not let me buy just happy meal without a drink. I’ve bought happy meals from other McDonald’s without a drink. I know it’s only 30 cents but it’s still wrong.

got a Big Mac not hot, just warm cheese not melted and fries were just warm I was really hungry and I'm always afraid if I complain that they will do something to my food, but $8.99 meal I would have no complaints if it was hot....

On a week day most poplar breakfast sandwiches are sold out The chicken wraps are usually cold inside. Strange on one occasion we were asked to pay for milk and sugar for our coffee.
The only reason im leaving 1 star is because you have to. This place is ridiculous. Placed a mobile order and they couldn't find my order and did not offer me a refund as well. When I tried to call the store no one would answer and I called multiple times it did nothing but ring. I'll be going back to get my money and thats it. An establishment that doesn't do what they're supposed to is no establishment that me nor my family will ever use again.
