Went inside, waited 5 mins at counter no employee came to take our order. Asked the girl sweeping the floor if anyone was working she went back and told someone we were waiting. Continued to wait, I spoke loudly asking if anyone was working and a women said that she told us that she would be there in a minute and that there were only two people working. She did not tell us anything so we left and went to Wendy's across the street and spent $27.00 with very friendly people. Never tried Wendy's fish before but now I like it better than McDonald's. McDonald's had very rude people working for $15.00 an hr.

I didn’t even bother to order. Please hire staff that wants to work instead of goofing off talking to their friends. There were only two people ahead of me in line but the counter person was too busy talking with his friend to help anyone. That is rude and bad customer service. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

I hate the kiosk for ordering and the cashier was unwilling to help or even take our order directly. There were 2 female customers that actually ended up helping us order.

I visited the McDonald's restaurant to obtain a quick meal for my children. Upon entering, I noticed a sign indicating a 30-minute time limit for lobby usage, which I found somewhat impolite. Proceeding further, I encountered another sign regarding bathroom usage. When I reached the cash register, I was informed that $100 bills were not accepted, which I found puzzling considering the potential for customers to spend a significant amount at the restaurant.
The overall atmosphere was rather unpleasant. The individual taking orders at the cash register seemed to have difficulty understanding English and made several errors in processing my order. Despite my efforts to repeat the order clearly, the order was still incorrect when I went to collect it. The cashier's response was that I had not been charged for the incorrect item, which did not address the underlying issue.
In my opinion, the customer service at this McDonald's restaurant requires significant improvement. The staff members were not particularly friendly or helpful, and this experience stands out as one of the worst I have had at a McDonald's restaurant in a considerable amount of time.
10/2/24 went through the drive through and got a big breakfast with out hot cakes, the service was excellent, was asked to pull into a spot for a few minutes, and a worker came out with my order on a tray, he was so polite and greeted me and I also greeted him ,very nice food and the workers were very polite, thank you for the great work you are doing , I know it can be tough at time to deal with rude customers, I have been doing retail for 42 years and many people are rude, I appreciate the service I got from these great workers, please enjoy your years with a smile like you gave me,
Truthfully this particular McDonald's is hit and miss. It really depends on what manager is working. Mike and Jerry are on top of things. Always fresh hot fries, nuggets, etc.
