Dirty dining area. Everything is filthy including the soda machine. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Glass covering the food is splattered with food. Nothing was wiped down. Bathroom was disgusting. All tables were full of crumbs and sticky. Food was a mess. Salsa bar was dirty and not clean. Chips were ultra salty and stale. Employees looked mad and upset we even walked in. All around the restaurant was horrible and should be bulldozed to the ground. Taco bell does a better job with everything. Never going back to this place.

Don’t bother ordering online whatsoever. Every time I order online, my order is always wrong and missing items I was charged extra for. Ordering in person is better, since you’re able to actually see what’s being added.
The staff is friendly some days and more short other days, but overall they’re alright! The atmosphere is fine, but I just can’t get past being charged for adding something to an order then not receiving it in the order.

I ordered a delivery through the app today. In order to meet the minimum delivery price, I ordered a $6.99 bowl of queso in addition to my burrito. What was delivered is the same size as my side of guac. Tried calling and it went straight to voicemail and there’s no other option in app to report a messed up order. Disappointed. I also did not receive any salsa with my chips.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of the services. I greatly appreciated being greeted the moment I walked through the door and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food however, I literally took 2 bites and had to throw it away. The meat tasted sour and the peppers and onions tasted like an entire bottle of salt was dumped in the tin. Thank god I didn’t get the bacon because I probably would have had my heart burst with the amount of sodium I ingested. I feel like I got a fairly normal bowl with chicken and dressed it with only sour cream and chipotle sauce. The flavors just do not mesh together at all. I probably won’t eat at a Moe’s again. Really a shame because I was looking forward to trying for the first time since this is the closest Moe’s as I live over an hour away and was in the area for a work event. I’ll still be team Chipotle.

I meet Dylan the delivery driver. He delivered for a celebration of life. He came in, set up, with kindness, respect and curtesy. What really stood out was his positivity, he's a ray of light during an otherwise dark moment. I appreciate him for brightening the day. Hey Moe's he's a keeper.

Not good ,they don't know how to make my meal like what I ordered did not exist in the restaurant ,I had to show them on a photo what I wanted.
They basically stole my money and won’t fix it. Paid with a gift card, the money was taken off of it when I swiped it at the store and still had to pay cash. They refused to help or look into why this happened. Terrible customer service.

Usually pay just north of $20 for the same exact order every time...tonight $32.90. I asked why and the manager started justifying it.....up charge....up charge....up charge....over and over, but he would NOT give me a breakdown! I got half/half meat and the server assure me no up charge. He said just the opposite. They seemed more concerned about getting ready to close for the night than customer service. Lots of turnover at this place!!!! No consistency.
