I stopped in for a quick, healthy lunch and ordered a blueberry muffin gluten-free, plant-based shake, which was excellent. The shakes and drinks were definitely the highlight. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location seems new. However, the staff was not very welcoming or friendly, which detracted from the experience. Overall, the product is good, but I wish the environment felt more inviting.

Next Up Nutrition is hands down the best protein shake place in the area! The atmosphere is inviting, the customer service is top-notch, and the shakes are absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a great experience, go see Peyton and Breezy for all your needs! Highly recommend!

Great nutrition shakes and the best energy drinks!! The menu is always expanding and surprising flavorful!! Great staff. Ben is a fantastic person, very knowledgeable and informative. They all want you to succeed In Your goals, whether it’s losing weight or gaining muscle to just Toning up.
