We recently dined in at Outback this weekend and did not have a pleasant experience with our server Morgan. We didn’t even know her name until we got our receipt because she failed to give us the proper “hi my name is… and I’ll be serving you today.” introduction. She just went straight into asking us what we were drinking/eating. It also took us a while to get her attention when we needed anything and at one point I saw her look dead at me and kept walking. Then when she would finally come to our table, she seemed annoyed like she didn’t want to help us. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt, just assuming it was a bad day but then I saw her smiling and having full blown conversations with her other tables and it made me feel like it was something personal… overall we had a very uncomfortable experience and it resulted in my friend not tipping and me not tipping as much as I normally would. As a former waitress I know how much tips mean to people but I could not allow myself to give my hard earned money to someone who’s okay with giving poor customer service.

I had a really disappointing experience with the server Morgan during my recent visit. From the start, Morgan seemed disinterested and rushed, which made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. She didn’t even tell us her name the whole time i only knew when the receipt came. Checked on us 15 after the food came and didn’t come back until she seen eyes were laid on her.
When we did manage to get her attention, she seemed annoyed. Our food took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it did, it was not prepared as we had requested. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism made for a frustrating dining experience. I hope the management addresses these issues, as it really affected the whole experience.
The service was slow and inattentive, which made the meal feel much longer than necessary.
The tables were sticky, and the overall atmosphere felt uninviting. For the prices they charge, I expected a much higher standard of food and service. I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon. Overall, my experience at Outback Steakhouse was far from what I had hoped for.

Horrible. Couldn't chew the food/steaks. It was tough and fatty. The place was dirty. Waitress kept forgetting things we asked for. And was told no clean cups that we'd have to wait for refills. Wyh?

The service was excellent, the food ample and good. My $18 steak salad was decent meat in a bowl of iceberg lettuce with some of that carrot and red cabbage stuff out of a bag. Filling but not a nice salad. My husband's meal was delicious and comforting. The lower rating is because Outback is a big red donor.

We frequent Outback regularly. Last night, we felt like we were getting the royal treatment. Sat immediately, drinks, bread, appetizer were promptly served, drinks refreshed quickly and without asking, dinner came out after adequate time for appetizers. Our waitress was amazing (I don’t recall her name unfortunately), but she was friendly and interactive with all of us. It was a great experience.
Worst meal I've had out in a long time, steak comes out WAY undercooked, I slide the plate to the end of the table the server walks right by, I have to flag her down to tell her it was cooked correct, she takes the plate and a few minutes go by and it dawned on me that wasn't even the correct steak,mine was supposed to have cheese and onions on it, she walks by and I stop her and tell her that wasn't even the right steak, her reply yea we were just talking about that in the kitchen, I said ok, I asked if we could her some bread ( which she had given some to the table that came in after we did, and took their order before ours) she walks away and another lady brings out the steak and says here yry this again, I cut it open and still bloody, I said no it's not even close to med well. She says oh its supposed to be med rare, no I would never touch med rare, she laughs and says oh there has been a misunderstanding, ok I'll be back, she leaves with a steak that has blood coming out of it, returns in less then 3 minutes and says here cut it open again, it's almost done and now a almost gray looking piece of meat( surly been microwaved) i said at that point it's done, she just walked away, I saw it into pieces ate 1 bite and couldn't even chew through it, i gave up, she finally came back after I waved fir her to get the check and she seen the plate and asked if I wanted a box, I said ok, figured I was buying it I would give it to my pup. Not once did she refill my glass, never apologized or anything, my husband said we seen an ad on TV for here but didn't see it in here anywhere, are you all not running it, her answer, oh its a secret menu we keep in the back and only offer those specials if we are asked about them, now that's shady! Way to many places to eat around to get the kind of service and REALLY bad food, when you leave a restaurant hungry that's pretty sad. Sorry for the long post.

Hello, I’m writing this review because of what happened today.
My family went in and order food, and they also ordered food for me but I was sick. So I didn’t go, the whole order didn’t come through and I called about it.
The people who helped me were very understanding, and it pays off to be nice to the waiters and servers there. So please if an issues happens call in, and be nice!
Not only was I able to get my food from home, I was given an extra piece.
Thanks I’m like so hungry and not in the mood to cook ?

I love this outback. The service is always fast , the atmosphere is very welcoming and my service this evening was exceptional. Alec H. Served my sister and I at table 41 and he was truly an amazing table runner. He was so friendly, accommodating, charming and just a great guy overall. He is an asset to be cherished! Give him a raise!! I will be coming back just for the awesome service provided by the hostess, table runner and supervisor!
