They need to focus on cleanliness big time. Drinks and coffee area is very dirty, floors and tables are not cleaned regularly.
Don’t come here if you want to eat expired food.The food here is really terrible specially the broccoli soups.I bought 3 soups and all three of them came out different which I went back inside and asked for a refund.When I went to ask if I can get new ones the guy started laughing thinking like it’s a joke and didn’t do nothing about it fully ignore and left it like that.Waste of my money on a bad thing.Don’t come if you want to spend your money and still never got my soups.soup was really sour and didn’t change our soup at all gave us the same thing back.

Literally does not let people order on call when the app is literally not working we tried it today and the day before and it was so difficult to work with for no reason
Went into the drive through line to repeat my order to the team member three or four times just to get the wrong order with another team member giving it to me in confidence. Please do better…

I picked up some pastries and a to go broccoli and cheese soup. It was exactly as anticipated 😋 😋
The only downside was the employee at the counter was more focused on their conversation with another employee than taking time out to greet me or ask me if I was ready to order. It felt like he was waiting for another staff member to jump in an assist me.
Then when I finally got to place my order, I didn't even get a thank you or come again etc.
If people don't like providing customer service than why work in the restaurant industry?? 😒

There was no light roasted coffee. I asked for a coffee from employees but for 20 min they didnt make. When i asked them seco d time, employees was very rude. I left store without coffee. Terrible employees
I usually have a decent experience when coming here since the food is really good. However this morning I came in with my mom to enjoy some brunch and the person who was at the register, who was a tall and bald African-American man with a beard, was particularly rude and he made it known. Everytime I added something to my order, he rolled his eyes and sighed, as if he was tired or frustrated or simply irritated with me. Mind you- the area inside wasn’t busy as it often is (It’s a Wednesday morning). Anyway, after that I went to sit with my mom all weirded out from that unpleasant experience with the man at the register and I looked at the receipt, that’s when I found out that the guy had mistaken my order in MULTIPLE ways. Firstly, he had only charged me for, and given me 1 individual oat flat bread when I ordered 3, although I let this one go, I then noticed he put down the Chipotle Chicken breakfast sandwich when I ordered the lunch version with no egg. I had to go back up and get a refund for it as well as another item he’d put on my order that I DID NOT ORDER. I got a refund for both items and used that to order the lunch chipotle chicken I was supposed to have gotten. The lady who helped me do this also seemed rude but atleast she didn’t roll her eyes. Her name was Elizabeth as I later saw on my receipt. I went back to my seat. My food eventually came out while the sandwich my mom had ordered STILL hadn’t come out. I checked the receipt once again. The guy didn’t put down the sandwich I had ordered for my mom. I had to go and buy that once again. Finally our food came out and we ate but with a very uncomfortable feeling since the service was bad and rude, let alone having mistaken our order multiple times. I had to keep putting my sandwich down to get up and have them correct something. Awful experience, definitely do not recommend dining in, atleast I will not be doing so anymore. I wasn’t able to get the guys name who took my order the first time and got it all wrong since the Second Lady who helped me kept the receipt that had his name. I don’t know if he did it purposefully or not but he sure did seem annoyed with me ordering two sandwiches, two drinks, and two desserts. Is that too much? Am I being treated wrong for ordering to have brunch with my mom? Overall, good food but unfortunately TERRIBLE customer service!!
