Ordered lunch for my management team to have our quarterly planning meeting and having it delivered. When it arrived we had zero utensils or napkins. When called an asked if they could send utensils so we could our salads they said there was nothing they can. All I know is O would have taken care of my customer. Hard to eat a salad without a fork

The workers always treat me so unfriendly because I am there to pick up DoorDash orders. This happens everywhere but here at this Panera the most. They do not own Panera, the work for them. They need to treat all customers with the same friendliness. It’s not fair to make me feel like they do. Please fix this issue. I’m just trying to feed my family just like they are. I am no less than they are for it. Sad world we live in. We are all just trying to survive. BE KIND!!!!!

Food is fine, but how is it at 9:00 on a Friday every single table and every single chair is dirty. And the walls. We spent 5 min looking for a table with the least amount of crumbs or sticky stuff on it.

Friendly fast service. We had a tuna salad sandwich with potato soup and fuji apple salad. The food was delicious and fresh, and they were great at the pick-up window.
I gave this a 4 star rating because the tables weren't very clean. There were not a lot of people in the dining area, but it was hard to find a clean table. Based on cleanliness, I would rate it 3 stars, but everything else was 5 stars.
If you frequently visit panera bread, I recommend the special they are running on the sip club. Just got it, and it's paid for itself in 1 visit.

Staff is great! parking for ADA is terrible and there is a fence that makes it difficult along with drive through line of cars makes it almost impossible to get out off cars do not let you back up.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bad ADA location right where drive thru line for cars is located

Coffee was good but the cinnamon roll and the pecan roll were both stale. Very hard. They should not have been sold. I didn’t find out until I was home in Dagsboro.

Would be a 5 star if their drive thru wasn't so slow!

Called to place an order. Got there. Didn’t have the food ready and had to make it. At that point I should have just ordered through the drive though.
Mac and cheese was cold.
And the sandwich was trash.
$30 for junk. Better off eating hospital food.

Today we went to dinner we bought two cups of soup, one tomato, a fall squash, and a sandwich we spent around 38 dollars, I was in a booth with my baby while my oldest daughter of 11 picked up the food, they served us everything except the squash soup, my daughter came back to ask for it to which a man who works in the kitchen named Al yelled at her saying that she had already had it, then I had to go and tell him that I could go and check on our table since we didn't have the soup and with a very bad attitude he served me another soup, not before telling me that we had already had it, the truth is that there are cameras that can check or he could have come to our table to verify. They shouldn't allow those kinds of people to deal with customers. I like the food but I don't think I will go back. I don't know if it's racism or what it is, but that man spoke to me very rudely and he had no reason. I have worked in the kitchen and they wouldn't go bankrupt even if someone else took the dish, but the most important thing is the treatment of the customer.

Usually great, but they forgot my chips and I was really looking forward to them. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I had already driven the 15 minutes home with my infant and it’s not worth going back.
Love tge new menu

No bread bowls left. How do you have no more bread bowls before 5pm? Loss of two sales from one individual.
Great food always.... First time buying breakfast, had a cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese, and an egg and cheese souffle. DELICIOUS.....
Parking: At the Salisbury Maryland location currently they have construction going on in the parking lot. If you come in behind the pharmacy it will force you to u-turn and go back to the main road. Easiest way to get there is to go past a pharmacy and take a right and that will take you to the drive-thru.

This Panera is a hit or miss. The food is always good, however sometimes the staff can be a little rude and the inside tends to be messy. They have new items to the menu which is a plus
