Damien and Chris are EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES and have great customer service skills!! Definitely couldn't complain anymore about the GM Crystal though!! She was completely rude and had VERY POOR customer service skills!! They need to move Chris up if u ask me!! Food was also great!! I eat here and deliver for door dashing daily..

Order placed on their website. Got delivered to find out I got the wrong order. Called to get told it was the Deliveries fault. The delivery people can't look at your food. I wanted to see what they could do just to get hung up on. Think twice about ordering here. Couldnt fill out the rest. I don't recommend this place.

Was there a week ago, thought this posted but didnt. I watched 3 employees horse play in the back with the back doors open. Wile only 2 people in the front, One a driver. All the wile 5 orders in the board and the dough slapper that was smoking and carring on out side. Came back inside with one hand half in her pants and slapped dough. Didnt even wash her hands.This is horrable management. And the manger on duty. He was apart of it. Not once did i swe him wash his hands after comeing back inside.This is papa johns standards?

The person who made my pizza was on his phone the whole time. I wonder if he accidentally spits on the pizza. Pizza Hut and Dominoes are Never on their phones while interacting with the customer.
The employee was on his phone and talking while he was cutting my New York-style pizza. Customer service is not consistent at this location. This is the second time I have received this type of service. I'm going to shop for pizza elsewhere. I didn't call the store. Order#: 0012

I can't believe their still in business from how rude and unprofessional all the employees are here. They curse on the phone at each other while waiting on customers and slam as hard as they can pans and utensils around while making pizza. Never been in any pizza place they did this. We won't be returning to this location. Save your time and money go to a different location.
