Got a delivery. Cold sub and hot fries crammed in the smallest box ever. They should know better. Fries get cold and sub gets warm and bread soggy from fries. In a bigger box not as big a deal but in a tiny box it’s an issue

Sometimes we razzle dazzle with the order but it’s never been a time where we haven’t received EXACTLY what we ordered if Not BETTER !! Love Pats! Our go to for the best salads. I tried their Mediterranean bowl tonight and it was delicious. We usually do delivery and the service has always great!

The workers in this store are completely RUDE!!!! Instead of listening to the customer they go back and forth and try to argue about what’s what. At the end if the day it doesn’t matter because if i order my food a certain way and i spend my money on it that’s what i expect to get !!!! Girl with the glasses is so rude I’ll never spend my money there again. Nor accept a door dash I’m just trying to dash and the lady refused to make the order when i was showing her on my end i had an order. It’s really poor customer service . The lady with the glasses was completely rude to me and my friends when another worker asked did i want to dine in or take it to go. She interrupted stating we couldn’t eat our food there because they were about to close which was fine . I then told her i had googled what time they closed and on my phone it said 10:30 it was only 9:20. Either way the way she said we couldn’t eat there was rude. But when a Caucasian man wanted to order a piece of cake after 9:30 and eat it there she had no isssue serving him!! It’s okay because i will no longer be giving them my business and i wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

Not happy with order tonight I feel like they rushed the order mozzarella sticks very under cooked and fries was NOT good a very waste of my hard earned money tonight

I love first of all the atmosphere. The open air feeling with a taste of class as I enter the double doors. It really reminds me of a luxury theater because it ushers you straight to the front where you order your meal. I love dining in and taking my food home. It is a guarantee that if you come hungry you will be filled. I simply love the spaghetti and lasagna filled with plenty of delicious meat and cheese; and did I mention that tasty bread. Pat is a definite. You need to go in and witness the atmosphere and the food. Also, it reminds me of the Mcdonald for the television I could always catch the morning news before going off to school. Getting my morning coffee and looking out the large windows.

Food came in great time via delivery. Upon arrival and serving my daughter a double cut slice of cheese it had hair baked into the pizza pretty freaking disgusting if you ask me and for the cost that I paid for a pizza and two cheese steaks it should be perfect. Also had a hair caked onto a ketchup packet that was from your establishment as well. Maybe clean better and look out for your locals better. I’ll never eat here again because hair in my food isn’t for me. My kids still ate cuz I didn’t tell them there was hair in the food but I’ll never be a costumer again, I didn’t eat the food. Disgusting

I'm a frequent customer and have always been pleased with the food. Today got a pizza and a cold cut sub with waffle fries. Pizza was great, as always. But really disappointed in the sub and fries. Bread was stale, and the fries seemed to have been cooked in grease that was in need of being changed. Eating out is expensive, and I am sad that the quality of my food today was not worth the money I spent. Everybody has a bad day, so I'll chalk it up to that. Hope the next time I order what I receive will be worth the money spent.
