Went inside to order, ended up ordering 6 of the $2 personal pan pizza deal. I was told it would be a while because of backed up orders in the back. So I waited a while, and watched the staff work. First thing I noticed was the cashier was working with an AirPod in his ear and phone in his hand, taking orders, handing out food, and wasn’t even courteous enough to bag orders of multiple pizzas.

The 2 women in the back cooking was doing the best they could to keep up with the lunch rush. When my order finally came, the gentleman dropped one of my pizzas on the keyboard of the register …..so after waiting 30+ mins I had to wait even longer for another pizza to be made. All in all, it took an hour for 7 personal pan pizzas….they should hire more staff especially for Tuesdays with this popular deal going on

I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni/sausage pizza... the cheese side had sausage on it. I called and they remade it and sent someone to deliver it... the guy who delivered it said I owed money so I called pizza hut who tried to explain to him and he did not care and said he would call the police. So I looked at the replacement pizza at this time and it was messed up worse than the original incorrect pizza and so I handed it back to Jorge and closed my door. Contacted them for a refund. One person said I would get one. Days go by nothing. Call again they said I'd get a credit.. nothing. I just want my money back tbh.

Pizza Hut Corporate went bankrupt a few years ago and didn't pay me around $800 owed in window cleaning services at several locations

I accidentally ordered my $8 cheese sticks to the wrong location and they still have to charge me for the new order lol

Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service and management at this store has been disappointing. If the staff's lack of knowledge and poor attitude towards customers are not addressed, I foresee the store facing potential closure. To avoid this outcome, it is imperative to improve the customer service and adopt a more customer-centric approach, rather than turning away business with rude behavior

I had heard so much bad stuff about the new location so I waited a while before going. I ordered online for in store pick up, when I got there I had waited 30 minutes for someone to come up the the front to get my order name. I gave the person my name on to be told my order was canceled but I never got a notification. Even as I am writing this it said my order is ready for pick up. They did not offer to try to make it or retake the order. I was never even told why it was canceled to begin with. I will not be returning to this location. Horrible service from staff.

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had anywhere. I ordered 2 large plain pizzas just after 6pm on a Friday, when they would understandably be busy. My order was slated to be ready by 6:34pm, but did not come up as being ready until 7:10pm. This entire time I waited quietly and patiently.

Even after my order was marked as ready, i had to continue to wait because it was not even started yet. There was a very kind lady there who did her best to try and help everyone who was waiting for over an hour for their food, including regularly checking with the pizza makers and telling them the names of those of us still waiting. Meanwhile, anyone with a DoorDash order was put ahead of all other orders.

When we asked for the manager to see if she can get the situation under control, she just kept walking past us from the bathroom all the way to hide in her office, completely ignoring the customers and problems.

As someone who is a manager of a large customer service team, I found the manager of this store to be absolutely disrespectful to the customers by ignoring us, and negligent of her job. She didn’t make a single attempt to help anyone - not the customers, not even her team members. Not to mention she was at the store in her pajamas and slippers.

My order didn’t even get started being made until after 7:30, so I wasn’t even out of there until about 8pm. When I finally got home to sit down and eat my pizza, it was cooked so poorly that the crust was tough and difficult to chew. Until today, I had never had a Pizza Hut pizza I didn’t like.

I would not recommend this location to anyone and I will not be returning.
