Such a great experience! Beans and rice are vegan. They made me bean enchiladas with red sauce and I covered that with a slice of shredded lettuce. Waiter was amazing.

This plaza on the south side is always hit or miss and I always end up giving them another try. But now I will never be coming back to this one because I ordered to orders of nachos and they but very very little cheese. Who the hell wants nachos without cheese on them. I always tell them specifically I want cheese when I order and I guess this time they're idea of cheese is barely anything. I had to just throw out the whole thing bc I couldn't eat it. I'll still to the one up in north salisbury

The worst thing about going there was they charged almost $4.00 for a soda. Highest price I’ve seen in Salisbury. You can drink alcohol cheaper there. I usually drink water because of the stupid price of soda. The food was good but they didn’t have too many customers. Maybe they should evaluate that. .
Food was excellent, better than most Mexican restaurants in the area. Everything was great accept for the flies. Flies everywhere, a lot of flies. I want to make this a regular stop but the flies need to go away, or at least be controlled better. Please take care of the flies.
7.30.2024 update - Flies are gone, food is still delicious. I order from them at least twice a month. Changing to 5 stars.

The margaritas are always excellent. I had the combination taco and burrito with chicken and my husband had the burrito supremo. The sauce was a little salty on my burrito, so I think the next time I will skip the red sauce and try the cheesy sauce like what's on the supremo. Waitstaff is friendly and our food was ready quickly. Always an enjoyable experience.
