Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered six pieces of spicy chicken wings, the texture is mushy but I just think it's normal so I didn't think much of it
But by the time I got to the fourth one, I could taste the wing had gone bad! It was sour, and I have no idea how long it’s been sitting there on the shelf when they hand it to me, but it’s clearly been way too long
It’s NOT okay to eat, It’s sour!!!

This is definitely the better popeyes in our area. The service was fast and friendly the chicken was fresh and the 6$ big box was a great deal.

Ordered the butterfly shrimp last night. Freshly cooked and by the time I pulled around and paid for good it was ready!! Staff was friendly and efficient. Great job. Found other Popeyes to not be so well run. Your store set the standard for quality.

The staff was so welcoming. They were fun but professional.

On my way to Ocean city Maryland and stopped at Popeyes in Salisbury Maryland and couldn't be happier with the experience. The food was fresh and the workers were friendly and attentive to our needs.

Clean inside & food was fresh. Staff was friendly, but the service was not great. We waited about 3 minutes before we were acknowledged - not a hello, we'll be right with you, nothing. Once we were greeted for our order, staff was friendly but our food took longer than reasonable.

"Popeyes" always a first choice! but today's visit was a disaster! I never saw any restaurant even 10th grade restaurant like this, six employees working (could be more inside) but non of them working, me and my wife waited 30 minutes for just placing the order even though I was the first person on the line, 6 employees coming and going but nobody even care about what I want.....soooooo shameful!

I went to the store today, on July 2nd. The ladies in the store were not really good with me, particularly like she had some issues with me. She even refused to take my order and asked another employee to take my order. She even gave a wrong drink, and when I returned for the correct one, she was handing out drinks for other customers but me. Here again, she asked another employee to get me my drink. Had a really bad experience from particularly the lady staff at the store. Would never return to this store. I was not even given tray for a dine in order.

I went in with over an hour before closing. I asked for my usual, 5 piece blackened tender combo. They said they werent doing anything blackened. They also said they dont have any tenders and were not going to make any more. I asked what they had and it was all just in front on the counter, so I got a sandwich. Guy that took my order (after waiting in line with nobody in front of me for 10 minutes) was completely lost having to ask people in the store every question I asked. He then charges me for my sandwich combo with fries and a drink. I’m waiting for another 10 minutes and they tell me they’re completely out of fries and not making more. How does a Popeyes run out of anything blackened, tenders and fries with over an hour of closing? And then charge me for fries? I asked what sides they had. Only mashed potatoes that were already prepackaged sitting on the counter. No biscuits, no Mac n cheese. Nothing. So I walked out with nothing I was originally planning on getting. Absolutely crazy.
