Ramo's Mexican kitchen

Place seems unclean. I go to the mall every week and there's never anyone at the counter. I have to wait for 10+ minutes sometimes before someone comes out back. They need to hire help. Food was good, though.

Hands down the best birria we've ever had . Love this place. I don't like the mall but I come there just to get their food. The employees are the nicest people as well.

Really good food. But the chicken was tough…Polite lady working 11/5/25. But it seemed not open, had to ring the bell 3x. Nothing in the hot trays indicating it was open. Almost just gave up and walked away…There’s no hours or phone number listed? Had to walk through half the mall to find it. If you had a phone number listed I could have saved 40min of walking aimlessly.

I love this place so much the food is so so so amazing more people need to come and enjoy the delicious birria tacos!!!

We couldn’t believe how good the tacos were, and in the mall! Outstanding! And they came with a cucumber salad, potatoes and onions! Soooo good!!!

The woman who took my order and served me my food was absolutely incredible. Food was fresh hot and delicious. 10/10 recommend the birria tacos especially on taco Tuesday ! They are cheaper and you get a side of rice and cucumbers. Soooo good :) will be back again!

We tried ramos kitchen a few weeks ago. The ladies are so sweet and we all the quebirros tacos and they were delicious. We will definitely be going back!

First time going to this place and we all got the quesobirria tacos and they were delicious and the 2 women who work there were so sweet. We will be back!

These tacos are the best in Salisbury! If you want some great authentic Mexican cuisine then pull up to the Centre at Salisbury’s food court and you’ll find them there. Everything that I’ve had from this restaurant is delicious! So if you’re in the area please stop in, you won’t be disappointed.
