Well. Wish we could’ve eaten here. Sat in the bar area. Bartender spoke loudly to us w menus in hand and made us get up to get them. We sat there for :11 and not a single peep from the bartender other than them conversing w the bar. No drinks. Nothing. We left disappointed and hungry and thirsty. So we took our money to another restaurant. Get the service straight and maybe we’ll try again.

We used their catering directly through the Roadie Joe's website. Aubrie contacted me throughout the process, and helped work with what we needed for a group of 20-25 people. They did an amazing job for us on 7/24/25 and 7/31/25. That was the first time I had to set up the catering for a group of that size and it was a total hit with our group. I am really appreciative of the communication, delivery, setup and service. I hope to work with them again in the future. We had the make your own rice bowls with salmon, jerk chicken, fruit platter, Greek salad. It came with rice, broccoli, sooo many sauces and sesame seeds. Definitely get the salmon! It disappeared both weeks. Great serving sizes.

We went to roadie Joe’s yesterday for lunch and it was so amazing. Our server, Faith, was lovely and so attentive. We were stuck between a couple different apps and she recommended the crab dip and it was a fantastic choice! We got a couple different cheesesteaks and kids chicken bites and some salads and everything was just delicious and fresh and came out quickly. I love the decor and the fact that I apparently relate to “retro” now since the music all reminded me heavily of my lower school years.
Totally recommend across the board. We’ll definitely be back to see Faith again! ☺️

The outside atmosphere is nice, and very kid friendly, with a small play set for the kids to check out which was cool.
The staff was fantastic, and helpful even with our challenging party size and accommodations. Great service, hands down.
The food didn't match the price. I got an Asian style bowl with Salmon and added a fried egg. The egg was very salty and I'm a salt hog, Salmon didn't have much flavor and the yum yum sauce was good but it's hard to screw that up. The kids meals were decent, my kids enjoyed them. The crab dip was off the chain though, they nailed that!
For a family of 7, it was a good dining experience especially with small children in the mix, as that can be challenging anywhere.
I would go again, but stick to the mac and cheese, or sandwich dishes. The higher end meal just wasn't worth the price.
I visited again last night with the kids, and decided that everything I said above is mostly true, but watching my kids eat all their food and really enjoy it was worth a 5 star correction. There are few places in Salisbury where I feel like I can take my kids that they'll actually eat.

The waitress was by herself. She had too many table ro b able to give good service. This is not her fault. You need more staff. All but 1 table was occupied Hire more staff.

I picked out Roadie's while trying to find a menu with variety in Salisbury.
The birria nachos and crab fries were excellent. I could have just stopped with those because they were that satisfying.
My wife really enjoyed her BBQ Mac and would've taken the rest of it if it wasn't going to sit in the car too long after.
I went with the Classic Burger and I liked it a lot. I definitely would like to try more on the menu for any future visits.
The location was easy to get to and it was the perfect place to grab a quick lunch with a nice energy to it!

I’m so tired of receiving poor service in this area!! If entrance to the building is different at night. It should be noted for “door dash” users so when they order their food they are not locked out and SOL. What type of business takes an order receives it, watches the customer arrive . Struggle to find a way in , while calling numerous times. Being answered once by a rude waitress who did not give me correct directions! PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER! People work hard for their money and should be treated with respect! Not laughed at , played with and disrespected. Will never order from here again!

Went here with my daughters and we ordered mac & cheese bowls. I got the birria and it was so good! I am very picky with my mac & cheese and BBQ and they nailed it! Love the environment with the out door seating and inside bar. Will be back soon 😊
