I took advantage of the 5.99 deal on Tuesdays that includes a hamburger and fries. I like my hamburger cooked medium and it was DELICIOUS. I actually used to work at this restaurant for a time many years ago and I remember the burgers being good, but not that damn good 🤣

This is a normal stop for us. Normally have no issues. But Monday evening when we were there,the waitress Robin was absolutely horrible!! Ordered 2 appetizers,cheesesteak,and hubby ordered scallops. Waited 15 minutes after she took our order and asked another waitress for our drinks. 1 app came out,few minutes later hubby's meal,then the other app and then my dinner.
When we were seated the other waitress asked her if she wanted her to take the table but she claimed she was alright. Giving customer service like we recieved. I think she better apply at Walmart.

Been back 3 times since, had Tyla,and Dylan. Ally got us our drinks while we waited for Tyla. Great experience ALL 3 times.

My fiance and I came in on 12/18 around 5:00pm for the salad bar special. We were very impressed. we were greeted immediately at the door and the service was excellent. The salad bar was stocked beautifully. Toot the shift lead came over at the end of our meal and greeted us. This was an absolute wonderful experience.

Walked in and was seated fairly quickly. Waited 10 minutes, no even a hello. Staff were standing around talking. Two other customers came in and sat at the bar and their orders were taken right away. We finally decided to go the salad bar and.....No plates! Staff could have cared less. We left along with another couple seated behind us that gor tired of waiting. Apparently they have no managers and definitely zero customer skills.

Been there twice and the food wasn't right that we ordered both times our waiter was hard to find asked for more napkins and we were almost done eating by the time we got them will not be returning

My daughter and I dine at Ruby Tuesday a lot but the last 2 times I came specifically for the salad bar, it wasn’t stocked so I had to order something else. It’s frustrating because the only other Ruby Tuesday near me closed a few months ago and now I guess I can understand why. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and come on different days/times but it doesn’t seem to matter. We usually get the same waiter, Tyler and he’s great but not getting to order what I came for makes me want to go somewhere else.

Haven't eaten here in awhile, what a disappointment. Service started off bad. Dirty silverware for both customers. Booth had food under the table on the floor. Table top was clean, but edges were filthy and sticky. Can't really comment on our server, only saw her when she took our order and when she brought us the bill. There were actually more employees than customers for a Saturday night at 7 PM. This should have been a warning sign. I ordered the catfish and shrimp. Most of the catfish was dry and hard and it was the thinnest catfish I've ever had. Only half the catfish was edible, and thats being generous. Shrimp definitely came from a box. Mash potatoes dry and lacked flavor. Both of our cole slaw were sour and inedible. We told our server when she brought the bill, never checked on us during our meal. She didnt seem to really care. My wife ribs were really the best part of the meal. We used to eat here several times a year, but I doubt we'll ever return. I'd say that the reason is no management (didn't see one while dinning and with virtually no customers they should have stopped by each table to check on us.) Defintly lacking standards and pride in service. This was once a nice restaurant.

The host last Tuesday evening seemed more focused on socializing with coworkers than helping customers. The restaurant is poorly maintained and much of the food was barely edible.
