I started coming here over 3 years ago, Every time I come in Ranisha is on point with everything. Show great hospitality every visit, she knows all toppings in every signature salad, she knows prices about everything you need to know about. She’s the reason me and my family come here a lot. Honestly if she’s not working when I come into Saladworks I leaves because she’s the only employees that doesn’t have a nasty attitude or rude. I know definitely not to come at night anymore doors are locked before 8 pm, no one even answered the phone when I called while I’m looking that them through the window. I don’t advise anyone to go in at night, you might’ve went there for no reason because the doors might be locked.Sometimes music is loud and cannot hear when ordering food inside store and services could be better at night. Overall food is fantastic, fresh, very clean bathrooms.

I got to Saladworks, South Salisbury at 7:48 pm in 4/30/25 and the doors were locked. Employees were in there. Very Bad business. I really like this establishment, but this really is not a good look. If the sign on the door clearly says 11am-8 pm, then you are to receive the last customer up until 8pm.

The salads are always great at Salad Works, but the friendliness of the staff is not, no smile at all. I come in with a great attitude, but it's not reciprocated. But for the most part, like a said beforehand, the salads are great!

My family ate at this location last August. At that time, I did not give a review. I appreciated the lunch that we ate during our vacation. The people that took our order did a great job explaining everything so that we received the most for our meal money. We're from Upstate New York. If we are in Salibury, Maryland again we will return to eat another meal.

Parking: Nice lot with one way traffic.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space and visibility for kids
Complete lack of service probably the rudest experience I’ve had in a while I recommend going to Jersey Mike’s next-door where they’re actually friendly to their customers

We arrived 20 minutes before your closing time of 8pm and were given eye rolls when we walked in. The staff was unpleasant and were already packing up ingredients. Which left us limited choices for what we could order. There was so little lettuce on our salad that I'm not sure it could really be called a salad. We were rushed through our order and forced to take it with us. They weren't even going to give us the rolls. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and we will go to Panera next time.

Salads are great but they made us leave before we could finish our Salads. There was no warning that they were about to close. Destroyed a late supper for the 2 of us.
