This establishment only serves one drink per individual. Has to see multiple licenses for multiple drinks to be served. I commented on it being interesting that I’ve never heard that, and the bartender mistook my interest for argument. Started a spiel, which I tried to agree with but he kept on “Under Maryland state law we can do as we please. This is an independent establishment…” at this point I was irate, and asked for my drinks. The bartender mentioned he didn’t HAVE to give me the drinks. We went back and forth about 4 times before I finally got the 1 beer I came up for. And it was wrong. I grew up at this bowling alley, have utmost respect for the owners and changes they have constantly made. But have ZERO respect for an arrogant mouthy bartender. Thank you for reading.

Local here. Was treated so poorly by Shawn and Brian. Our lanes kept malfunctioning and my husband said after the 4th time that it was "the 4th time" The employee said yeah we're fixing it. I said how hard is it to apologize? They said what more do you want we "went out of our way for you." Literally the worst I've ever been treated. Not a welcoming vibe.

Had a blast celebrating a birthday with family. The bathrooms were clean and so was the facility. Everyone had a smile and looked genuinely happy to be there on a Saturday. Awesome time.

Southbound Alley is tons of fun.The cost is very affordable. They have an arcade with pool tables and a full food menu. They also have a KIDS BOWL FREE program in the summer. Definitely a family fun day!!
Great family place. Food, drinks and fun! Had bumpers if you need them and racks for kids to help them push the ball down the lane. Offered a wide variety of spirits and food choices where responsible.

Too small of a bowling alley for a tournament. Had to stand the whole time. One of the employees was rude to customers coming in. Could have been a little nicer letting people know about bringing in outside drinks, even if it was just a bottle of water.
