Wildly inconsistent coffee orders. Sometimes you get a normal order. Sometimes your coffee is actually 3/4 cream.
Tried for my last time 3/24 and took a picture this time. I asked for a half inch of creamer, not half cream half coffee.. seriously so bad.

I literally stood in line for seven minutes with six people working. Each and every one of them looked at me in my face while I’m standing at the counter and did not acknowledge me and did not ask me have I been helped honestly very disappointed in Starbucks as I am visiting this location from out of town. Most likely I’ll probably go to a different location up north extremely unprofessional.

$6 drink, asked for no foam, and still got this. I'm not even mad about it anymore. I just recommend starbucks redesigns their cups becuz they could save a lot of money on material by cutting this top part off since yall NEVER fill it up.
My husband went and stood in there for 20 minutes and not one person waited on him. Worst service ever will never return.

Took 15 minutes to get drink and we didn’t even get it we left when two cars were in front of us because it took so long

This place is just awful now. When you order ahead on the app expect to wait an additional 10-15 minutes, they always get the drinks wrong, they start making a drink half way finish it then start on another customers drink before finishing yours. This has happened countless times.

I’m not sure what is going on here, but in the past few months, half of the drinks that my wife and I get here just taste awful. We get the same thing at every location, the seasonal cold brew, and it is either amazing or undrinkable here. The staff is very nice and accommodating, but that only makes up for nasty drinks so much. Especially when the prices of coffee is so high now.

I have always been a big fan of Starbucks. They still have the best coffee around. It is expensive, and it's more of a rare treat now, but I still like it a lot

The whole crew and the manager ridiculed me like a ZOMBIE in an apocalypse. It’s 3PM on 7/17/24. I got to the drive through at 2:53pm I didn’t know they’d close at 3pm (never seen that before). I drove away with my drink forgetting my pastry order. I make a U turn and come back to the drive thru but it’s blocked for closing OK cool. So I park and come to the door, all the workers see me and not a single one cares to come, they’re all making hands signs saying it’s closed, I’m not blind I see the closed sign?. Minutes pass by and they all either ignore me or sign me to go away. I just want my pastry or a refund at this point. I’m understanding, if they can’t do either, I can come back tomorrow but I need to speak to someone first. So their manager comes to the door, great I think he’s here to crack open the door and hear me out, NO he won’t open the door to hear what I have to say, the dude keeps his distance and just waves saying “it’s closed” “can’t hear you” everyone is in there is smiling, giggling and making hand signs. Crappy customer service nothing new, BUT WHAT HAPPEN TO FELLOWSHIP? Emotionally tired I leave, but I see a way to get to the drive through without moving the blocking signs, and fortunately their was one person with the heart to listen, he opened the window and gave me the pastry sitting by the window that I forgot, thankyou to that young man. I’m 25 years old, Ive NEVER written a bad review anywhere because I believe in 2nd, 3rd chances for businesses and that its okay to have a bad day at work, but today I’ve felt the carelessness and mean gestures from the whole crew and the manager (except the young man at the dt window). I’m very disappointed that not a single one of all 6+ employees in their could think to do the right thing at 3PM on a Wednesday! Not even late night com’n yall what a shame.
