Idk who the manager is BUT, they need to give their employees a bonus!!! Always so friendly, cheerful and pleasant!!!!

The Starbucks by the college is under new management and it really shows. The staff is so friendly and my drink is always perfect. The girl taking my order introduced herself as the new manager and was so welcoming. Usually you don’t get this from higher management but she was right on the floor with her employees and it was very busy. Kudos to her and the entire team. I also got my red cup and was very happy!

props to kenzi for making the bestest drink ever. without her i don’t know where i’d be. she truly put her heart into my crème brûlée ice coffee. i’d give it a 6 or 7 out of 10 but the rating deserves to be higher. so yum!! i recommend!

My wife and I have been to this Starbucks numerous times and have really enjoyed it. However, tonight we went in, I went to use the bathroom and the floor was cover in bleach and suds, and there was a rag in the toilet. Someone was in the other restroom, so I waited. Then they put two chairs in the entrance way to the bathrooms. I asked about it, because of having waited and was told someone was cleaning the bathrooms. My wife and I saw no one go in to clean. We ate dinner and the chairs didn't move. The people behind the counter were talking and laughing, no one else was in the restaurant. It just surprised us to see such poor customer service.
The girl w black hair and 2 pigtail buns is very rude. I tried to ask her a question about my order and she said “no don’t talk to me can’t answer you” and then proceeded to say these girls are annoying to her co worker. She was constantly talking on her phone. Very disrespectful and dirty if your making food and drinks and on your phone.

This Starbucks has a nice, clean atmosphere with a quiet area that’s perfect for studying while sipping coffee. The baristas are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Great spot to relax and get some work done!

And no I did not drink none if it why would you not fill all the way up for a 6.00 drink i love Starbucks but you guys are so over priced. Could at least make sure the drinks are full.

My order wasn’t properly looked at I paid extra for caramel lined and cold foam and the person was too busy talking to his friend so I had to ask for those things when my drank was finally given to me without. The wait time was ridiculous for there being nobody there and ordering ahead.

um wow I come here all the time, easily 3x a week. Never had an issue until today. Purchased two Lavender Oatmilk Matchas to start my Saturday morning gardening and the other for my daughter. Got home, took a sip- bitter, unblended chunks in both drinks. It’s never tasted like this, really unpleasant and bummed me out because I came here to get a little treat! Figured I’d call to get a refund since I was already home. Was told I couldn’t receive a refund, I had to come back with my drinks because of “scams going around.” Like what?? For $16?? Avoiding this place now. That just rubbed me the wrong way.
I thought Starbucks would treat their customers better than this since they’re a HUGE company…
It’s Mother’s Day, I placed an order on the app for my daughter and I about 2 minutes before we got there, I get to the drive-thru which was EMPTY and the first thing I was told was next time I place an order not to place it as I’m pulling up. SO RUDE & SO NASTY. Not a thank you, happy Mother’s Day, nothing!!! Not to mention it’s no different than if I had pulled up and ordered it through the speaker, they’d have to make it then anyway. There’s no difference. Called the manager, he didn’t seem to care, blew me off. I’m sure that employee won’t even be spoken to. But terrible customer service.
Put in a mobile order today for a frappe with extra caramel and I go pick up my order. After realizing that the frappe was made wrong I go back and tell them and she has a smirk on her face like I didn’t just pay $9 for the frappe with Extra Caramel that also cost extra. Ok so I get the new frappe get back in my truck and drive off only to realize that the damn drink is mostly whipped cream. I hope people start complaining more because it’s ridiculous to pay these prices and they can’t make the order correctly. This is the only cold beverage I get from Starbucks and I think after 10+ years of buying from them I would know. We need more options besides Starbucks. And then the attitude … like the one with a smile and no apologies… yes I want what I paid for! Is that too much to ask for Starbucks?
