Yesterday I had came in around 9 am and had a very good coffee!! However, there was a man who I believe to be the manager that was extremely loud to the point where I had to leave. I feel bad for the other customers and staff that had to deal with him.

This place is horrible. I asked for light ice and they only filled the cup about halfway. This is absolutely insane. Never coming back here one star Star.

Never been I don't really like their coffee but don't let that stop you try it out!!!

Noone at the register when I walked in!!!..waited for almost 2 minutes for a girl in the back to finally come out and take my order..then proceeded to have an attitude when I clarified my order to her to make sure it was made correctly. 😒

Nailie is the reason I won’t go anywhere else for coffee!! I never used to buy Starbucks coffee but now I do. However, some of the ladies lack being nice friendly or with smiles / rude, It makes you feel very unwelcome.
Nailie Is fast professional kind courteous attentive caring and puts the customers first! I would never know if she was having a bad day because she always smiles and takes her time to make sure orders are exactly as I ask. I always have my drinks customized being the fuss-spot that I am as a business owner and Nailie makes sure that I am happy. She deserves the highest commensurate and recognition.She concentrates on her work and while I wait for my order, I observe how focus she is in making sure that customers are happy with their order. Nailie makes my day and I really appreciate her working there because of her I won’t go anywhere else to buy a Starbucks coffee. 😊 I hope she never leaves!!!! 😊

This Starbucks runs out of ingredients to make popular drinks often. It’s so frustrating to get stuck in a 20 minute drive through line for them to tell you they don’t have what you want and then you can’t pull out of line. This is the second time this month they have been out of something. We will not be returning.

I've come here every weekend for years. The past few trips, the espresso has tasted burnt and it's pretty unpleasant. Otherwise, love this location & fast service. Just thought you should know about the quality as of late.

Good coffee, as usual, but service was less than friendly. No hello, no smile. I brought my own tumbler and was told 'put it in this bucket, I can't touch your cup'. And it's fine if that's the policy, I understand and have no problem with it at all, but the way it was said made me feel like I'm forcing them to touch something dirty. Just unpleasant.

I go to Starbucks every morning before work, and every now and then, I see an employee named Savelle. She always seems to have an attitude. If it’s not with a customer just wanting their drink, it’s with another employee. I understand that not everyone is a morning person, but you can’t treat people like that!

My iced tea had water from the tap added to it, and while I was waiting I saw another employee add water to a different cold drink. This outlet needs work to get a higher rating.

Starbucks needs to let customers add their own cream and sugar. The employee at this location rolled her eyes when I ask for a little half and half in my drink. Then she dumped a ton in there. It made the drink undrinkable. Waste of $7. Very disappointed.
