visited for the 1st time today..... was not impressed. we purchased the lunch speci al which came with a side and drink. pulled chicken mac n cheese and drink my coworker ordered the same except she got fries. the pulled chicken sandwich was DRY, no bbq sauce was added to the sandwich. the fries were piping HOT BUTthe sandwich was almost cold. the Mac n cheese was Valletta shells and just under cooked just seemed like they added more cheese to it, (my opinion) we sat in and waited for our food to cook. I was on my lunch break , but we ended going to McDonald's to get lunch, I had to dr my food up from this place once I left work and are it for dinner

Ok. Let's talk about this new business.I walked in the door on Sunday afternoon (10-31) when there were no other customers. I placed my order with a very friendly witch (dressed for the occasion). The order was fairly priced and she was very friendly. The order was "to go" and was prepared in a timely fashion. I have a habit of checking out the food on the way home. When I did, I noticed one item was not correct. So I turned around and went back. My order was corrected quickly with an apology and a few corn muffins as an apology. I'm my opinion, these are classy people that are committed to a favorable customer experience. I will most definitely go back again. Thanks so much to the team at Stoked and Smoked. You all are a class act!!! As a former Marine myself, I'm not surprised. Semper Fi!!!

Savory, smoky, melt in your mouth tender meats (the pulled pork and chicken quarters were an excellent choice) and equally cared for sides (hand cut fries reminiscent of the boardwalk and creamy mac). The best BBQ I've had in Salisbury in a long time.

This place is delicious!! The people that run it are so kind, helpful, and the food is so good. I love the layout of the whole place, and I’m so excited for this establishment to be open! The vibe on the inside is really calm and nice. I don’t get a panic attack every time I go in there like Mission BBQ. Y’all are the best. Keep up the good work! (Killer sauce, meats are delicious, sides to die for.. ok I’m done)

The brisket here is the best I've ever eaten--and that includes a few establishments in Texas. Extremely tender and flavorful--so much so that no sauce is needed, although there is an ample variety of sauces available.

Lunch specials:The Sloppy Pig - pulled chicken wrapped in crispy cheddar with house sauce and pickles.Nashville hot chicken- fried chicken dipped in hot sauce on a brioche bun.First time here and did not disappoint. Homemade fries and Potato salad slapped. BBQ sauce bar to choose as many different dipping flavors your heart craves.Sweet mom and pops behind the counter. Definitely coming again.
What amazing BBQ! Everything is home made and is it delicious! I had the kale sunflower salad which has corn bread croutons, craisins, bacon, and your choice of meats; I had pulled chicken. My husband had the two meats platter. He loved it and he's fussy about his BBQ! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful describing dishes, ingredients, etc. we topped off lunch with a smoked peach cobbler - outstanding! This is a must have if you like BBQ!
