Quite possibly the best cheesesteak in town. I think what sets it above is they bake their own bread. The taste combined of the bread, meat, cheese, add the mayo, lettuce, tomato and hot peppers and it's quite delicious.

The stuff I ordered on the side was not in the bag. This is not the first time they consistently make mistakes and when you call them on it, they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called back several times no answer. I stopped coming here a few years ago because they kept making errors on my order...I just started coming back and it's the same thing! I need to make this my last order.

Ordered dinner tonight online. Confirmation said 60 - 75 minutes - ok no big deal if they are busy - short staffed - etc … however I expect the food to be hot. Everything was ice cold - who wants to eat cold French fries or a cold wrap when it was supposed to be hot?!? Not me!!!!! What happened - did my order come through and it was made and then sat until the delivery driver was available?!?

Seems as if they cater to the locals and I hope that I’m wrong. Thirty minute wait for fries and jalapeño poppers. I asked for cheese and chili for the fries and got burnt cheese lol. I’ve only came twice and the cashiers seem like I’m speaking Mandarin. Then a long wait for simple fries and jalapeño poppers. I couldn’t even eat as I had to get back to work. I don’t think I’ll be returning. And the shrimp burger I tried a few weeks ago was laughable lol. A beef patty with tiny shrimp is not a shrimp burger lol.

I called sub runners during the week from Connecticut because I was coming down for a lacrosse tournament. I needed to feed about 50 people. The man who answered was John and he was extremely helpful, talking me through the menu items and making sure I had enough for all of the people I was feeding. Once I arrived in Maryland, I stopped to make sure everything was good and change pick up to delivery which everyone was super accommodating about. Everything was packaged and delivered perfectly. It was right on time and the food was delicious. The cookies were especially great because they were all homemade and the wings were a huge hit with our kids. The presentation was amazing subs were delicious!

Since I have lived in the area I have tried many other restaurants and SubRunners had always delivered Quality to my door each and every time. Great service, great food and always delivered with appreciation and a excellent attitude. Subrunners is the spot for me. Five stars across the board.
