Was traveling thru the town towards NYC/Boston Old school themed franchise
An elderly gentleman prepped my delicious sub. Felt but uncomfortable as he kept on repeating my words.. Fast forward I was short of $1.80 sth and had a $100 bill. They wouldn’t take/ change the 100. Seemed bit odd.. definitely appreciate the gesture. Give back to the community 🙏

Received a gift card for at a charity quarter auction. Hadn’t been to a subway in years, but found the “club” sandwich fresh and the server attentive and helpful. I got it to go, but the store was clean.

Literally the worst subway in town. If you enjoy a cranky, rude, impatient lady complaining the entire time she makes your food, then this is the place for you. I put in a mobile order tonight for my family of 6 and immediately received a phone call telling me anything over 4 subs is considered a catering order and requires 24-hour notice. Then she continues to tell me she's there all alone and way too busy to make our subs, and we need to give her 45 - 60 minutes to make our order. The amount of time she spent on the phone complaining she could have had our subs made.
So we finally get our order, and when we get home and open it up, every single sub was made wrong. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this subway, but I can promise you it will be the last time I do any business here. I will gladly drive farther to any other subway.
I write a lot of reviews, usually good ones, but this one doesn't even deserve 1 star.

i had to raise my voice back at the lady working for her to be kind to me. people reviewing saying the staff is unkind are right but honestly, just be extremely rude back they'll calm down.

DO NOT go to Clairmont Subway if you expect to be treated like a human. This is staffed by individuals who don't have any idea what customer service is. The employees and store were both dirty. There were several toppings missing but employees refused to get more, they just said they were out. We ended up leaving
It's not the first time they've used this excuse but it is THE LAST TIME they will use it on me bc I will never set foot in a subway again. I will go to Jersey Mike's. But seriously, I HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Nobody could’ve prepared me to walk out of 87 degree weather and into a 93 degree restaurant. It was miserable being in there and I feel awful for the employees. I’m told the coolers can’t keep up to keep the food at the right temp & management’s plan is to bring in “more fans.”

Love the employees, food is good, environment is bad bad. I hope they can fix it soon for their staff’s sake.

Usually end up here around half an hour to an hour before closing time and it’s clear, because of that, they make up excuses for why you can’t order something since they’re too lazy to do it. Some days it’s because they’re out of stock, other days it’s “we can’t ring you up because it was taken out of our system.” Not even sure what that means.

The service was horrible. When me and my daughter emtered the establishment, the employee was sitting down, eating and rolled her eyes due to she was mad because she had to make our sandwiches. Then when I told her how many subs I wanted and she was really pissed as she stated to her coworker "Why do I have to get all the large orders." The manager really needs to take the time to review the customer complaints to make improvement to the establishment.

My sub was mediocre. It was toasted but still ended up soggy. The bread looked awful but they had the food lid up making my sub so I couldn't even see anything until i had gone home. At least I had a coupon to make it $7 and not nearly $15 which is ridiculous. Even with the coupons they send out I think I'm done coming here.

Ya’ll do your online customers wrong. My daughter ordered two subs with like six toppings. Our subs came looking all skinny and feeling light. We opened our subs and there was BARELY any lettuce, which makes the sub in my opinion. We also ordered spinach on the sub, and that wasn’t even on it. I called to complain, and got an excuse saying they are only allowed to put a certain amount of each toppings on a sub. But it’s the same way from when you go into the store to order and my subs get way more toppings than this. If I’m spending extra on services fee’s and delivery fee’s, online customers should get the same respect as someone going into the store to order.
