Nasty food, frozen veggies, the subs has a bad taste food wasted!

I haven't been to Subway for a couple of years and probably won't go again. There are too many choices out there to be making bad sandwiches. I ordered the Titan Turkey footlong, one of the cheaper options $11+, added bacon, which was placed raw on my sandwich. I had to ask for it to be cooked. The lettuce was not an option as it was clearly spoiled, and many of the sauces were out of not available. With all that being said the service was passable and I got a sandwich that should have been fine. I took it to work with me for dinner and when I was able to eat the sandwich the bread was stale. I rolled the dice on subway and crapped out. Never again Subway. Boo

They put a metal cover over the meat side so you can't see how much meat is in there ...I like to see what they got before I order...claim freshness but the lid is always open...hiding the meats not going there anymore....

Order a Italian cold cut, they only put one layer of meat with one layer of chesse. Italian cold cut have three different meat on them. Watch when they make your make sure your getting what you paid. Very disappointed!!!!!
Customer service always good but my bacon is always burnt. Why?
Very disappointed with customer service. Placed order online. Online App. said order was ready. Went to pick the order up and hadn't been started. There was only one couple in line being served at the time of entering the store with (2) subway associates. The working class in this country only gets a 30 minute lunch break. I was unable to wait any longer. Then Subway made it a hassle to get a refund !!! Won't order from here and will be filing an complaint with Subway Corp.

my bread was soggy, the lady asked if i wanted lettuce and tomato and started putting onions on it, she overall had poor customer service skills.

Everything was fresh. No extra food on the counter. I observed the employe wiping down after every sub being made. Gloves was being wore. Great job subway!!!

Subway in clairmont plaza this the worse place I’ve ever known, my first experience and my last I will never go to this place again. I went there to place an order for three people I explain to the withe men I need 2 together and the third one I need it separately because I have to bring the receipt for a control. When the moment to check out I handed the money to him you know what he did when he gave me the change he threw the change and the receipt away to the counter without apologize. I told him you’re so direspectful. Some people don’t even know the meaning of customer service. That’s a shame.
