Love this place great food.
Good. Pleasant. Tasty.😋
The frozen yogurt is great and my daughter loves all the toppings they have to offer but one of the main reasons she’s drawn to visit is the play area. Unfortunately I had to leave a 3 star review and not a 5 is because the play area at the Salisbury location is unkept. They have a nice blackboard but no chalk a cute area where kids can color a picture and enter into a contest but only a couple of broken crayons . Literally the differance of a pretty cool play area to a disappointing one is about $2. These small improvements I think would go a long way. Also inventory is not stocked up, reminds me of a place that started out excited to be in business and just kinda lost its passion. We will still give it another try in the future though. Best of luck.
I wish the items were better separated because spoons are sometimes where it doesn't belong.

They stopped carrying the snow caps to replace it with cereal. The staff isn't friendly and always in the back.
Way too expensive for a kids little treat. Maybe a better option for older teens/adults. Over $18 for 2 color change cups with about 3/4 cup frozen yogurt in each, 1 gummy frog and 4 small pieces of cow tail. They didn’t offer for me to sign up for the rewards club for 10% off but they did for the next customer. We were there 1 hour after opening and the floors were really dirty. Staff stayed in the back unless someone was checking out. Flies buzzing around us while trying to eat at the indoor seating was off putting.

The value for your money is terrible. I got four(4) cups and was over $50. Good tasting but hardly worth the effort to visit won't return to this establishment.

Expensive soft serve. They have a lot of flavors, and if you want lots of toppings and are willing to pay an arm and a leg this is the place for you.
They had people dressed up in costumes wandering around, which is maybe nice for very little kids, but just kind of weirded us out. The person working told us to have a "blessed day", it kind of gave us culty vibes.
Probably not going back.

I haven't been here in a few years. I used to bring my 11 year old son when he was little and it was fantastic! This time, the play area is gone. There was a little play house, a giant connect 4 and some coloring pages. It wasn't terribly busy but there was nowhere for my daughter and I to sit except in the party area off by ourselves. I didn't see any high chairs so we weren't able to stay long with my little running amok. Don't think we'll be back soon. The yogurt was great though.

Most of the ice cream machines didn’t work, the hot fudge not working and waffle cone was very stale. We informed the girl working and she seemed like she could care less. Terrible customer service!

Simply good. I did give the atmosphere a 2 star because the place is dull.
