I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this Taco Bell deserves it. The service was extremely slow and unorganized, especially late at night. Orders take forever, and when you finally get your food, it’s often wrong or poorly made. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional, and there was zero communication about the wait. If you’re ordering late or doing food delivery, save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else. Definitely not coming back.

We placed an order at 3pm, it took over 30 minutes for us to get our order. No employees ever called out the order named or informed us our order was ever ready. In addition, a part of our order was made incorrectly. I had ordered 3 tacos with no chicken yet one of them had chicken in it.

There were also 3 very disruptive middle school aged children runny around the restaurant. None of their parents were there either. It made the overall experience at this location worse. These children were going around attempting to sell candy to other patrons, too. I declined to buy any and am wondering why any of this was allowed.

I don't think we will ever be returning to this Taco Bell location.

Children were running around the restaurant, no parents in sight. Our order took north of 30 minutes. People who came after us got their food first and it was a noisy and generally unpleasant experience.

Their Mexican pizza is the best. Try it with mild or medium taco sauce. Just the right spice and it’s so tasty!! Also very fast service through the drive-through.

About 45 minutes ago the person who called out our order was rude and sarcastic. I'm a disabled veteran I didn't hear my order called so my son went to the center. The young man who gave the order made some disparaging comments. We'll go to another Taco Bell from now on. He should be fired or retrained.

Day shift is really pathetic can't give the sauces people ask for for mobile orders and then take 10 minutes of getting looked at in the face waiting to be helped before someone who wasn't even up front comes up like what are yall getting paid for lol
