Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant around. Waited 25 minutes for 3 tacos..Never did get items got a refund and left..What an experience that was. The staff had one speed and that was super slow. Place was filthy. Really glad I didn't get my food.

Manager needs customer service and leadership training. Two staff were arguing over who does what because mistakes were being made. The manager told them to "work it out " instead of helping them solve the problem. She then refused to help a man with his young daughter use the kiosk and refused to ring him up on the register unless he was willing to wait 30 minutes for her to be available. I chose to help the man out instead. He just needed a quick tutorial. Took me less than 5 minutes. The manager should have more compassion and put people first. Lunch rushes can be stressful, she is clearly not up for the task.

Do not stop here unless you have 30+ min to wait for your food. And if you do wait 30+ min for your food, do not expect that they just made your food. I have no idea what regional manager trained this store manager on how to operate successfully, but they need to be fired. And if they don't have someone managing the managers, then someone at corporate needs to be fired, or the franchisee needs their deal pulled cause this place is embarrassing.

I had stopped with a group of university basketball players to have dinner after their game. All I asked for was hot water to make my coffee since they didn't have any that late at night. I was rudely told that the manager said he was not going to get hot water. Ok fine. But what got me, is that the employees did not want to take the time to take orders let alone get the food prepared promptly. After I had walked out to go back to the bus. The rest of the team left and we went somewhere else.

I ordered 2 chicken cantina burritos, 12 pack Cinnabon delights and a supreme crunchwrap from here on doordash. I didn’t get the cinnabon delights i ordered and was charged for and then for some reason they also rung up a regular soft taco that i didn’t order that’s on my receipt that’s also not in the bag.

We got door dash so we couldn’t come back in to get our order straight. Everything was accurate on the order except for the 10 missing hot sauce packets and the green avocado salsa that comes with certain orders. The service here is terrible, it has been this way for years. It amazes me with all the negative reviews that somebody from corporate hasn’t stepped in. The S Salisbury Taco Bell is wonderful but this one is a joke, Hellen Keller could do a better job at being productive and getting my order correct. There is no way the S Salisbury Taco Bell is even the same company with the difference, it’s like going to from Lamar Jackson to RG3

We are very disappointed in this store. Totally we are 4 family ordered 6 maxican pizza and test is very bad of taco and may be excited or fried in bad oil hecause of that all 6 peoples are feeling sick.
