They must have had call-outs because service was one guy that made no effort to try to complete orders in a timely manner. It's 2025 and service is not what it was.

I mean, it's what you'd expect or that's what I would have said but the last time I went there, their line must have been all detail-oriented autistics because my food was made and wrapped perfectly! Normally it's just slung in a bag and I dont care but I really appreciated the time and care they took on my last trip.

Worse meal I've ever tried to eat. Potato wedges were hard as a rock and inedible. So dry and hard there was no Potato left in them! The bones in the wings were all broken so when I unknowingly took a bite the portion I wasn't holding fell all over me. I've thought long and hard about this review because I'm a fast food GM and I never complain but this is the absolute worst!

Went thru the drive through for first time. It will be my last. Waited in line to the window to pay and pick up food for 16 mins. I never got my food, I got out of the drive thru line and left. Totally ridiculous !

I have been in this KFC twice. Service is not the greatest as of 8/29/25. Long waiting and doesn't seem to be improving at any time. Can't complain about the food. I aways get it hot, the place around the soda machine must be cleaned as well the entire dinning room. Friendly staff and very respectful, but again, Service and Cleanliness must be prioritized. Thanks

Worst service I’ve ever experience at a drive thru. Took 30 minutes to get a Crunchwrap and a Gordita. We were the only car until cars eventually were lined up behind us and the restaurant was empty. The only thing that was good was the sweet lady at the window.

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant around. Waited 25 minutes for 3 tacos..Never did get items got a refund and left..What an experience that was. The staff had one speed and that was super slow. Place was filthy. Really glad I didn't get my food.
