I've always ridden by but never stopped. I love bbq but no fat. It has to be very lean. I saw the brisket sub & asked if it was very lean. The sub was very lean, Carmelized onions & melted provolone. It was great. The staff couldn't have been nicer and made me feel like a friend !!

I’m writing this as a genuinely concerned customer. During a recent visit, a staff member repeatedly came into the dining room visibly intoxicated, yelling and using loud profanity. He appeared to think it was funny, but it was extremely uncomfortable for those of us trying to enjoy a meal. From what I could hear, his name is Todd, but I could be wrong. At one point, he even helped himself to alcohol, which was shocking to witness in a public dining area. The situation felt uncontrolled and unprofessional, and no one stepped in to stop it. He should have been cut off immediately. I want to note that our server, Scott, was excellent. He remained professional, attentive, and did his best to make us feel comfortable despite what was happening around us. He handled the situation far better than management did. I had been considering bringing my children here in the future, but after seeing this behavior, I will not be returning with them. Families should not have to worry about exposed drinking and constant cursing while dining. This place has potential, but behavior like this needs to be addressed immediately if management cares about customer experience and safety.

Food was fantastic and crews customer service was top-notch, but those who want delivery ORDER THROUGH TAYLOR'S! Cost less for food AND delivery!
I original ordered through grubhub (never again) not knowing I could through the restaurant. The first round was picked up by another driver who somehow also had my pickup code but not the driver on my end. Instead of just telling the restaurant to remake it due to the mistake they canceled it with a money return in a WEEK. After calling I got a $15 credit, ordered again, driver gets there and grubhub canceled my second order on their own saying I didn't want it! After calling the restaurant I ordered from them. Taylor kept in contact calling me when my food was sent out asking I call when I get it to make sure it was right this time. I'm VERY grateful for the remarkable customer service and care from the crew that worked last night!

The candied yams are one of my favorites, however, they have been hit or miss lately. I primarily order to go. Sometimes they are perfect, other times very dry and not flavorful.

BRISKET IS SALTYYYY!!! WOW!!! At over 21 dollars a platter and beautiful smokers in the back with an incredible smell I was disappointed yet again. I’ve tried the brisket 3xs. The first time awesome the 2nd and 3rd time (3rd time tonight and my fiancé wanted it so I decided to give them another try ) I will not order again. I went against my better judgment and got it again and it’s inedible. I think who ever in the back cooking is a bit SEASONED SALT HAPPY. Sides get a 10/10 from me the collards, green beans, baked beans, Mac and Cole slaw is delicious. Brisket and Pork burnt ends are horribly salty and inedible. Do Not Do it.

I dont know what happened when you all moved locations, but it has been a steady and steep decline since you did. Last night, I received a piece of chicken so inedible it defied logic. Half of it was so dry that the thigh muscle had actual split in half, while the other half was bloated in grease. Clearly, this had been prepared hours in advance and had spent probably most of the day sitting in a hotpan.
Additionally, I didn't even receive what I ordered. I ordered the half chicken, but received only the Dark quarter. And when I called the store for a refund, they told me they can't because orders through THEIR OWN website are actually through a third party. They couldnt get me new food sent out that night, and instead offered me a gift card (as if I ever want your food again).
I have never been so turned off to something so quickly in my life. The old store used to make some of the best bbq but now I'll never have Taylors again. So disappointing. I wish I could give you 0 stars.

Our server acted incredibly annoyed that we were there. I'm not sure why there was only 2 other people in the place. We had 11 people and he acted like he didn't even want to seat us because of that but again....there were only 2 other diners in there. The food however was delicious and we had a good time despite feeling unwelcome.

All sides were excellent 5/5 rating. Only a handful of customers so the service was quick. The chicken was a huge disappointment, it is not the Eastern Shore/Taylor's chicken I was expecting. It was a vinegar marinate, chicken over cooked and very dry. Rated -3/5. And ..... it was expensive for a simple menu. I liked the old place on College Ave and Snow Hill Rd with the small loaves of fresh bread, fresh baked pies, and original recipe chicken, and few tables for eating in. Do not recommend and will not go back.

We were traveling from Chicago to Ocean City and stopped here to eat..We had a party of 11 and were greated with a smile! We ordered the burnt ends and an order of corn bread for an app and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Everyone ordered something different and not one complaint! Every dish was amazing! Now I wish we had one back home ....I'm already craving that cornbread and burnt ends. Literally the best I have ever had! Highly recommend this place!!! 5+stars in my book!!!!!

Waited over 30 min for a take out order. When I said I had to get back to work how long would the wait time be, the lady suggested 7 min. I spent my whole lunch hour there and had to hurry back to work. Food is awesome like always. But the wait times need to improve it was 70$ plus a “bag tax” fee. Customer at the bar kept licking her hand and using the salt container to put on her hand for her shots, at 12:30 in the afternoon at the bar.
