The Deli at Pecan Square

We received an e gift card and decided to try your deli. Door Dash was very prompt!
We requested 5:40 to 6:00 pm. Was puzzled why time on paper receipt stapled to bag was 5pm.
The $15 Ruben had 100% soggy bread.and we could not detect any thousand island dressing oue any dressing..we requested toasted rye it was soggy soggy. The fries that cost $4.99 amounted to barely more than a medium sized handful and they were stone cold. Do not know where the info went wrong but it could have not been more disappointing We had to refry the French fries and retoast the sandwich in a fry pan
We will never usecyour deli or do I r dash again

Last two times I have gotten cold cut subs I gotten more lettuce than meat very little onion and one tomato. Last time I spend twenty dollars and more

The owners take a lot of pride in their service and wonderful food. They have welcomed us and our many out of state guests with open arms!

Kid-friendliness: This is a family- run business! Great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Will keep coming back!

It makes me sad to leave this review. This restaurant used to be a great place to eat. However, over the last few months, the food has been awful. The chicken tenders and fries were burnt. Funnel cake fries were also burnt and not edible. The owner re-cooked everything to satisfaction but only after having to make a trip back to the restaurant. I tried a month later ordering take out again, their normally famous roast beef was dry and chewy, had no taste except of onions, the mashed potatoes were not cooked through and had huge hard lumps. I am not sure who they have cooking there, but it needs to change, especially charging $20+ for one dinner plate. Would not recommend again until they make the changes back.

Literally been in Salisbury my whole life ate here for the first time 07/15 and had the besssssttttt burger I’ve ever had! Cooked to perfection, food was hot, only took about 10 minutes, and the employees were all so kind and apologetic (why I don’t know it was only about a 10 minute wait time which in fact is REALLY GOOD IN SALISBURY TRUST ME!) But just a great experience love the food love the people

My Daughter ordered me a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato fried onions and mayo with fries…. I was looking forward to tasting their food because it’s usually good but this order was awful except for the fries I did eat those , the cheeseburger was actually huge but the burger had no flavor, no salt or pepper or whatever , the cheese on it was like processed yellow cheese … the few onions were translucent and barely warm with no taste , not fried onions one slice of tomato about 1/2 of an inch thick and hard .. no lettuce no mayo and a soggy bottom bun . It was terrible… I don’t usually complain but when you spend $60 bucks at a place with a good reputation you expect good food . Also our order wasn’t ready even though we ordered prior to picking it up and had to wait because they send our order back to be cooked after we got to pick it up…. In my ball game there’s only two strikes so I hope this is just a fluke after hearing all the praises about your good food and service….

I had a cheesesteak wrap. These cheese wasn’t melted the meat had a very weird taste and was very watery. I took one bite and couldn’t eat the rest. Had chips and I ordered French fries with it. Fries were very hard I wasted $15.00 . Very disappointing!

Crab melt on pita was absolutely phenomenal! Delicious mixed crab with soft pita bread made a fabulous

We have enjoyed food at pecan a few times and it's always been decent so I hate to write this but...My wife picked up a cheesesteak on friday night. As soon we opened it the smell was foul. The meat was absolutely rancid.It was supposed to be a quick meal as we had plans to be somewhere so really didn't have time to take it back but rest assured, we will never eat in or order from there again.There's no possible way that the person preparing the sandwhich didn't notice the smell so I'd have to say they knew and sent it out anyway.Disgusting.

I came in with my son to buy the “ Famous pretzel salad “ my coworker have been raving about. From the moment I walked in an immediately felt uncomfortable. I know for sure I heard someone say the “N” word with a hard ER! Soon as I heard it she handed me the food and I opened it it smelled sour. I placed it in the trash but was so uncomfortable I didn’t ask for my money back Just left! If you are a person of color I don’t recommend this spot to go in.

The owner fires staff after they get wise about him stealing tips from staff members according to several former employees. Serves expired food, makes racist remarks, and treats his staff terribly. Do not patronize.

Always suspected the management and/or staff were racist from the treatment i received during my one and only visit, but having it confirmed on a semi viral Facebook post from a wrongfully terminated ex employee takes the cake. I’m sure they have more than enough customers who think the same racist way to keep them afloat, which is really sad and not surprising. Food sucks btw
