Sweetest, most accommodating owner. Fun spot with plenty of cute items and gifts to browse. Delicious ice cream, coffee, snacks and treats. Highly recommend :)

The only place I know where they make the waffle cones right in front of you! I enjoyed having a warm waffle cone served with the cold ice cream.Two Scoops is a family-owned shop. The owner served me the ice cream herself. The ice cream is made at a small dairy in Delaware. I tried the banana foster along with the strawberry ice cream. Both flavors were delicious.Two Scoops has about 16 flavors of ice cream from which to choose. This shop is a great deal considering that you can get a double scoop waffle cone for $8.

Parking: Public parking garage around the corner. I was able to park for free that day.

HeService is excellent, but the ice cream is too sweet, so much so that it makes you sick and you can't finish it. But the boy who served us was very patient and friendly when explaining the flavors to us, the place is nice and has tables outside.

We stopped at two scoops as part of the OC foodie tour and was blown away by the food there. It is not an overstatement to say that this was probably THE best waffle we have ever had. Additionally, the ice cream tasting was incredible too (my favorite was the apple pie). We would highly recommend going here to satisfy your sweet tooth and even do a little shopping in their gift shop

Do you offer banana splits just asking forgot to look when I was there.

I visited this establishment for the first time Friday 9/15/23. My coworker and I walked down at lunch to get ice cream. It was delicious! We both had salted carmel while I added birthday cake. Customer service was great! We will definitely be back.

Ok I hate leaving reviews it is not my thing and I think it’s distasteful BUT I must say I got a cone here and it fell apart before I could finish it and for $8 that is a ripoff. I’m disappointed I wanted to eat the whole thing!! Wish I could get a refund.

My best friend works here so it's already a 10/10, and the ice cream is ?? for sure would recommend
