We used to live in Salisbury and ate here often, so it was quite a treat when we found ourselves back in the area recently and were able to visit our favorite restaurant!
Viet Taste never disappoints. Every dish is made with so much love and care. The food always comes out fresh and piping hot - full of aromatics and flavor!
We usually opt for the clay pot options (I’ve attached a pic of the clay pot fish below), which absolutely melt in your mouth! The stir-fried gluten options are also always a winner in our household, and a great option for any vegetarian foodies in your party!
If I could pick up this restaurant and bring it to my new area, I would! Hoping we can return soon!

I love this place; it can be a bit hard to communicate with the server, but they’re all very kind. The food is absolutely delicious; there’s a lot of options, whether you’re there for the pho or not.

I always get the beef round pho with the soft tendon and it’s always great the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet i would highly recommend it. Tried the shrimp skewers that were charred perfectly. The servers are timid but very attentive. I wish I could post photos of the food but I already finished it all!

Good food, good prices. Ambience could be better. A gazillion plants and clutter inside and windows are very dirty.

We have eaten here multiple times and the food is always delicious! The service is so-so, however. Sometimes the waitress has forgotten to ask how the food came out (it came out great) and one time the waitress forgot to bring over our bill. We asked for it at the counter. The big thing to watch out for is that there are no free refills on soft drinks nor iced tea. The tea is served in a glass, not a can like their sodas are and as far as we can tell, there isn't a notation on the menu stating that iced tea doesn't include free refills. Six teas will cost you $21! 😦 Next time we're just getting water....
The soup could use some flavor..
Awesome all day.
Went for the first time today. Definitely going back again. The food was amazing.
The Pho was legit, authentic Vietnamese food. Tasted delicious, Was prepared perfectly.

If I could give 0 starts i would. The times I went to get pho, my stomach hurt immediately right after and we didn't complain. When we got fried rice the chicken had no seasoning same if you get beef. The last time we went there and it's also the reason why I write a review was because of 2 things. 1 there was a fly in the soy sauce and 2 the Singapore noodles was great till we discover its been seasoned with probably a pound of turmeric and it was unbearable then we ask them to fix it and the dish came out being washed with oil and still with the same problem. And the older lady who work there immediately looked at us and made fun of us when we asked for the Singapore noodles to be fixed again.
First time trying them out and the meal was excellent.
We had the beef soup and Krispy fried noodles and both were excellent
Highly recommend for authentic Vietnamese food
Entry area needs painting and cleaning. Was concerned for kitchen with the care that the entry area needed. Service was great. Pho was good ...not great.

Absolutely horrible. Overpriced. Terrible service. Then they decided to charge an extra 10% on top of that. Left with soup dripping out of the bag and spilled everywhere. Go somewhere else please. Better throw your money out then eay here.

When I do have a craving for authentic food I always chose Viet taste. Dine in or carry out, the food is always delicious and fresh. They are the only place I know on the salisbury that makes kimchi excellent( my opinion).
Parking: It depends on the day and time you go. Either way service is always consistent
