Im not even trying to be picky because I work customer service myself. But EVERYTIME I come to this Wendy’s they are out of something!! First they were out of potatoes, next time I come they are out of tenders, then they were out of COKE. And then today I went and they were out of BBQ sauce. Lmao get it together

I hate saying anything negative about Windy's because I don't want them going under but the things there doing are unforced errors 🙄🙄....
I pull up to the drive thru and am met by someone that obviously is NOT feeling her job, then told at 3pm (we are out of tea for the day) 🤔.. Okay, no big deal and I finish my order... Pay for my meal and I don't receive a receipt. I'm told (it's not working today?) Okay 🤨.... I get my food and roll...

Pull out to the parking lot to sort out the food and the chilli container isn't hot, not just not hot but actually COLD Chilli.😕 Cold chilli, that's a new twist 🙄🙄...

I bring it back in and I'm told that (it's all cold and we don't have a microwave to heat it up because it caught fire last week 😧😧.... Then he goes to get me a refund and the manager stands just out of sight at the drive thru and gives the guy a hard time while I stand there letting the rest of my food get cold.... I then go back to my car where my wife informs Me that my daughter's nuggets are cold and not fully cooked... So, back inside where I doing get anything but attitude from the hiding manager that's now walked to the counter and then as I'm standing there waiting for nuggets I hear the guy ring up another chilli 🤨🤨.....
Like I said, unforced errors...

Self service drink machine malfunction. Price was high for a Wendy's double, medium fry, 6-piece chicken nuggets, and a large drink...$18.00.

Most likely will NOT go to Wendy's again, any time soon.

The drive thru was great. I was recently on vacation at Ocean City and I always get potato wedges at my hometown so today I went to the closet Wendy’s. I got my large potato wedges and I was wearing a redskins Griffin III jersey and the lady said “I like your jersey” and I said “thanks”. I don’t know why y’all hating on this Wendy’s fr fr but this was a great experience and I probably be back (Or I will go to the one next to Salisbury University lol)

1 star for food because their website told me they would serve me a biggie bag before 10am but the cashier refused. 1 star for service because as I was approaching the drive through side door to the building an employee pulled the door shut on me and told me to walkaround, in case corp reads these it occurred 6/5/25 @ 940am. The only reason the atmosphere got 3 stars is because it wasn't a dump.

To sell nuggets that taste like old grease and burnt beyond measure, and to know that your grease is old as an excuse…….All the burgers made wrong as well. Then told can’t refund just nuggets, do you want more but they will taste the same…no thanks,.disappointing. Manager was nice.

I had a really bad experience earlier in the day and one of the managers actually called me that same night and apologize for my service and she even made me a salad herself and gave me my refund back. It might seem small to some, but you never know what a person is going through. I just lost my grandmother and my dad within two weeks and was having a bad day. I use my last couple dollars to get me some food because I haven’t eaten in days and the app took my money and Wendy’s was out of salads and I was not treated nicely, but the manager definitely made it up and she doesn’t understand how much that made my day! Thank you so much to her now that is how you treat a customer

The worst Wendy's. I'm done with them. Tried to go today was told there was no food, it had all been sold and I would have to wait 15 minutes for anything. The drive thru guy was rude about it too.
