This was my family's fourth time here. We gave them several opportunities to correct mistakes. Such as cold chicken nuggets and apple pecan chicken 🥗 salad that was served with NO chicken. Cold French 🍟 fries. After the fourth visit and lackluster service, we decided to leave it well enough alone. Again, we gave them several opportunities.

By far the slowest wendys I've ever been to. Every time I go I regret getting in the drive-thru line.....avoid going to this wendys if possible.

If I could give them a zero I would. This Wendy's used to be better than what they are now. I went through the drive thru on 11/30/24 and ordered and the line was extremely long. I got to order my food and my fries were barely warm. I didn't eat them. I tried again on 11/1/24 and this time it was worst. Fries and nuggets were cold, my sandwich looked thrown together and the cashier at the window wasn't customer friendly. She pushed my bag at me and when I said thank you she didn't say anything just let the window close. I don't know what has happened but I won't be back.

I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes....I finally pulled forward because no one NO ONE RESPONED TO MY HELLO
When i pulled up to the windows I said that I was waiting and no one responded so I pulled forward the reply was your not putting in an order her it don't work that why bye then closed the window in my face sorry Wendy's you need to research customer service Thank you Burger King was waited on ,served and on my way in 5 minutes.

Food tasted as expected. Drive-thru was extremely slow, backed up to the entrance, and we waited 20 minutes just to order. Only sugar free drink options were available. Mid day at that.

The food is disgusting, the fries were cold, the chicken was burnt and hard like cardboard and there is black mold in the ice and a piece of food floating in my drink. I am so disgusted. Never again!
