If I could give them a zero I would. This Wendy's used to be better than what they are now. I went through the drive thru on 11/30/24 and ordered and the line was extremely long. I got to order my food and my fries were barely warm. I didn't eat them. I tried again on 11/1/24 and this time it was worst. Fries and nuggets were cold, my sandwich looked thrown together and the cashier at the window wasn't customer friendly. She pushed my bag at me and when I said thank...

Food tasted as expected. Drive-thru was extremely slow, backed up to the entrance, and we waited 20 minutes just to order. Only sugar free drink options were available. Mid day at that.

We waited for quite some time and was never acknowledged, so you just observe, several employees but only 2 that was accomplishing anyting! We finally left after observing a young man with beard at the fryer actually picking at his beard! Disgusting!
